Very hard to close and seal the led

I've had a few travel mugs and this is by far the best l've had. I tested it out and poured boiling water in it and then closed it and 7 hours later it was still very warm. It also does keep cold drinks cool for longer and the smells don't linger after washing. The grip tube make it easy to handle. It does not leak. Love it and will recommend it.

Hot water did not last longer. My coffee gets cold easily.

After one use can no longer use. The rubber band no longer stays in place and you can’t properly close the lid and seal it. Coffee spills all over my clothes!

I got the item that already had a scratch inside, and the cover is not normal it's so hard to open
