Papillon Hardcover – January 1, 1970

I read Papillon years ago and filed it away in my memory as a memorable great read. I want my 15-year old grandson to read it, hoping he will enjoy it just as much. He is not a reader and lacks so much knowledge about history, about the world, about everything that is not a cartoon or a video game.I have not received this book yet, although I know it was sent and it appears delivered elsewhere. I do not think this was the seller's fault.

Was a fantastic book. That was one bad ass Frenchman. Very much exceeded my expectations. Holds it's own with East Of Eden on my all time favorites.

Wonderful book! I watched the movie several times in past years, and found the movie to be inspirational. The book is even better!

It’s a old book so can’t complain too much

Still the ultimate classic story of escape from imprisonment in a place where escape was supposed to be impossible. A page turner, definitely.
