Finally healthy hydration!!
I am a very active person. Whether it's working out, hiking, or running, I love to get out there and push myself. One HUGE problem in the active lifestyle industry is the lack of healthy products you can take that help you recover. It's really weird. You would think all active recovery products would be healthy right?Wrong! I used to drink Gatorade. I had been drinking it ever since, like everyone else, they handed them out at youth sports leagues. However, I started to notice that I felt worse after drinking Gatorade. I did some research, and to my surprise, Gatorade actually has a ton of sugars and cancer causing dyes! Even though it's marketed as a sports drink, it is extremely unhealthy. That lead me on my search for a better option, and finally to Liquid IV!!! It has all natural ingredients. It's low on sugars and doesn't have any cancer causing chemicals. I thought that would impact taste, but the acai berry flavor is amazing! After drinking LIV, all other hydration enhancers tasted like a doctors office. I could literally taste the chemicals.I recover more quickly now too. When I wake up the next morning, I don't feel dizzy or dehydrated. I notice a difference between LIV and water. They say using LIV makes your water intake more efficient and it definitely does. I don't know how to quantify it, but I usually drink a ton of water after a workout. Now, I can drink a full 20-36 oz of LIV and I feel the same as if I drink 100+ oz of plain water.I recommend this product more than any other active lifestyle product I have ever recommended. Hydration and recovery are something I take seriously, and I can't imagine going back to Gatorade after finding LIV.I hope this review was helpful!!!

Tremendous product that does exactly what one hopes it will do -- and then some!
My sisters, sisters-in-law, and a childhood friend go on an international hike every year to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of America. Our first hike was across Great Britain, from west to east, following Hadrian's Wall. Next, we hiked Iceland and then Campobello Island in Canada. This year, we are hiking the Puglia region of Italy (the heel of the boot) on the Adriatic Sea.A few of us have a history of kidney stones. We train hard, some of us train every day of the year, and hydration is key. One of my sisters-in-law consulted with her urologist regarding means of staying hydrated. The urologist explained that, even though one might drink the recommended amount of water everyday, one may not be fully hydrated -- it is the ability or inability of the body's cells to transmit the water that determines proper hydration. The urologist recommended Liquid IV.My sister in law and I bought an 8 pack of Acai Berry, and divided it equally. I, frankly, was amazed. For the first time in years, my eyes were no longer dry (was not expecting that). My sister in law experienced similar unexpected benefits of using Liquid IV, and she mixes it in club soda for an evening mocktail. The flavor was unexpectedly pleasant, and the Liquid IV is incredibly easy to mix. Importantly for our team -- Hadrian's Hikers -- using Liquid IV will allow us to carry LESS water on our hikes while remaining hydrated. That is an incredible benefit as Puglia -- unlike Hadrian's Wall, Iceland and Campobello Island -- will be warm in July! Some have commented on the sugar content -- I am wholly unconcerned with this issue - it is less than half the sugar in a single Red Bull.I spoke with my sister in law earlier, and am ordering the 8 pack of lemon-lime in order to settle on the flavor for the larger purchase. I think one could say we are hooked on this product.

Came in handy! Recommend.
I bought these for my fiance and me for a group vacation trip. They came in handy, fit in my purse, kept us hydrated on the long hot days we were out. The only downside, the taste is not fabulous. It is bearable though. I think initially, we were out drinking other sweeter products prior to adding this to our glass of water. After that first time, you know what to expect and can handle the flavor well. Since the trip, my fiance has used them to keep him hydrated in between workouts, military training, and his firefighter program. Time to reorder! :)

It’s okay
It didn’t taste the best, but I haven’t tried any other flavors tho. It definitely helped me feel better and more hydrated tho, it just wasn’t as good to drink.

Great product! Hydrates, Fuels and the Acai Berry is delicious!
I can't say enough about the benefits of this product. I had first ordered the lemon/ lime and now received the acai berry which tastes fantastic! To those reviewers complaining about the taste of the lemon/lime you should really try the acai berry. I try to hydrate well during the day but I know I don't drink nearly as much water as I should. This keeps me from feeling thirsty and sluggish. I think some of these reviewers are missing the fact that this is absorbed into your cells not just water with vitamins. As far as receiving the powder hard and rocky I have ordered this numerous times and have had no such experience.

Not my favorite
I love what this product is doing for me hydration wise, but the Acai flavor is... unpleasant. Drinkable, but it doesn't seem to fully dissolve and I can feel a little bit of chalkiness. I wish this product had come in like a mixed bag so I could try all the flavors and decide which is my favorite.Passionfruit was my first go, and it was okay. Much better than the Acai. Once I'm done with the Acai packets, I'll order the lemon lime to try.Acai gets 2 stars for taste, won't buy this flavor again.
