This Lingzhi cracked spores powder capsules is amazing!! I’ve tried many brands and so far this is my preference!! It’s 100% cracked and it ensures maximum absorption while others aren’t cracked and reduced absorption. if you don’t know what it’s for, this helps you get a better absorption of nutrients by the human body! It’s super high quality. They’re not too big so you can swallow them easily with just water. Overall I really like this product and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in this product!!

I usually buy Mikei Reishi mushroom from Japan, which has Red reishi Ganoderma lucidum 250 mg16.6:1 extract; equivalent to 4150 mg of dried red reishi essence per capsule. The packaging doesn't tell you what type of mushroom is used, only says 300mg per pill. It's recommended to take 3 a day that's a 20-day supply at $75. I would not recommend it due to it being MADE IN CHINA and lack of ingredients disclosure.l

Eu Yan Sang is a century-old, reputable traditional Chinese medicine manufacturer in Southeast Asia. This lingzhi supplement seems to be a high-quality product by them. This comes in a sealed plastic bottle inside a security-taped retail box. The packaging does not mention the species of the lingzhi used, so I went to their website and found out it is Ganoderma lucidum. It comes in a capsule form. Each capsule contains a 300mg proprietary blend of reishi spores powder and reishi sporophore extract. The recommended dosage is 3 capsules per day. These are about regular in size and not difficult to swallow.Lingzhi (reishi mushroom) has been shown to boost immunity and improve overall wellness. This product apparently uses the entire mushroom to extract the cracked lingzhi spores and lingzhi sporophore. No mention of the extract ratio though. Overall, this is seems like a good lingzhi supplement. Note that this is a 20-day supply. At $3.80 per serving, it isn't a bad price comparing to some Japanese Ganoderma lucidum extract powder capsule products. It seems pretty good so far. Only time will tell how good it is. I'm giving it 4 stars for now.

The product description is not detailed. I don't know how long it will take to show its efficacy. I've been used it for half month, but it haven't improved my sleep,it isn’t improving my blood circulation aiding in cardiovascular function, so not worth the price.
