A long time ago i had a sandwich maker but gave up on the idea because i did not want to have yet another device that clogs up my kitchen space, requires cleaning, taking out, putting it back, aka: high maintenance, and storage space cost.Now finally i found these bags and they are the perfect solution for me. Sure, they will not create exactly the same mended sides of the toast, but for all practical purposes they do everything, are easy to clean, do not take up a lot of storage space and even double nicely as packaging when taking a sandwich to work (toasted or not depending on whether there is a toaster at work).I have no long-term experience, so no idea how often i can use the bags before they fall apart.

Great for warming up stuff for kids

I bought these for traveling with my husband who has a severe allergy to dairy. We were going to an airbnb and wanted to be able to use the toaster, but when you’re not sure what’s been in the toaster from other guests, it can be risky. On the flip side, when I got home I used these so that if I wanted to toast something that had dairy, I could do so in our toaster without risking his health. They’ve been really cool and helpful. Keep in mind that they’re very hot, so even though those cute little handless seam like a safe place to grab, use tongs or something else to hook them. My only complaint is that there isn’t a great way to clean them, but I don’t think there really can be an easy way to clean for something this shape.

Bought these toaster bags because my best friend had them at home. Very happy I did it.First of all, no mess at all and is very convenient that they are reusable. They work very good, big enough for a grilled cheese sandwich and it makes the bread darker and it melts the cheese very good.Second of all, I am gluten free, and usually, using gluten free bread in the toast, it takes longer for the bread to get darker and more crispy. With these toaster bags, it turned on exactly how I wanted. I was amazed how good they are.Third of all, let's not forget about the crumbs at the end of the toaster, with these bags, I just said good bye to them. No more caring about how I wash the toaster and, of course, now, when I will use toasters at the hotels, or whenever I go, I will have my bags with me.I really recommend these toaster bags, they are cheap, convenient, good and very easy to use.

These bags work well in the toaster to make grilled cheese and to heat and crisp other food. They hold up well enough to use once or twice if you’re careful but the bottom seams tend to split no matter how carefully you handle them. Reusable? I’ve tried hand washing them and no matter how much Dawn and hot water I use, they dry with slimy grease on them. I’ve tried washing them in various areas of my dishwasher and that’s even worse, that makes them slimy and soggy. Yuck. I’m regarding them as disposable and will try other brands.

After reading many reviews I purchased these bags, which come in 3 sizes. I used one slice of garlic bread which was already seasoned but not toasted, added Havarti cheese, cut in half and gently pressed sides together, then slipped smallest bag into my toaster with opening up. 3 min directions produced this nicely darkened creamy cheese sandwich. It was so good and so easy! Never will I stand over a pan flipping my grilled cheeses again. I can’t wait to try more complicated items in the different sized bags. Strongly recommend.
