Never considered this type of cleaner before, in part I though it a little gross. However, having problems with my sinuses, particularly the left nostril, I thought I'd give it a go. Its the simple things in life that can make one happy and you can't get much simpler than rinsing your nasal areas with a warm solution to bring comfort! Grossness aside this product does what it says, a little fiddly to use but once perfected heaven.

Works for getting mucus out of your nose but if proper blocked you need Sudafed nose spray from your local chemist.

I was apprehensive about buying this as I wasn’t sure I wanted water squirting up my nose and the one star reviews were rather discouraging to say the least, however I thought it’s such a simple device how can it go wrong, it’s going to be whether I like it or not so I went for it.So it’s a plastic bottle with a screw on attachment, two nozzles, (one for a child like a miniature pepper pot) & (one for an adult like a miniature salt pot) a cap, 20 sachets of solution and forehead thermometers.add a sachet of solution and fill to 300 ml mark with warm water, tilt head forward and slightly to the side so as raising the nostril you’re going to rinse out first. apply the nozzle to the nostril with bottle upside down, press the button on bottom of bottle and wait. Seconds later the nasal rinse will travel up your nose and work its way out of the other nostril, use half the mix 150 ml then repeat with other nostril. Now you can blow your nose and job done. Feels a bit weird first time but I have used it a few tines now and feel a lot better and clearer than I did.Incidentally the forehead strip thermometers are rubbish and don’t work, but who needs them anyway.

Easy to use and do the job properly.

I can’t get the hose end out of the bottle, I’ve tried all directions.

J'apprécie le format aisé à ranger dans un placard, la prise en main légère et la pression automatique du jet à l'activation du bouton de fond. La pression du jet se situe entre les 2 modalités que l'on peut trouver en bouteilles de type "Sterimar" : jet moins puissant que le "strong" de la marque pharmaceutique mais pour le même débit.Je suis enchantée de mon achat et le recommande pour une hygiène optimale des fosses nasales.

Es un buen producto. Los hay de marcas más conocidas, pero realmente cumple perfectamente con su función de limpieza nasal, por mucho menos dinero.Un funcionamiento perfecto, yo usaba el más vendido en farmacias, y claramente lo supera.
