The Original Boxaball Great for Training to Improve Reactions and Speed, Boxing Gym Equipment Super for Both Training and Fitness

The media could not be loaded.  I love this thing. Inspired to buy it because I saw a demonstration of Vasyl Lomachenko use a tool similar to this one (not exactly this one) on youtube. This is my 3rd day with it and have already modified it to make it shorter. which makes it alot more challenging than its default length. I highly recommend this tool to supplement with your workout routine. It is very addicting. I only wish the line/string was more durable, as it has already started to fray at the end of the line close to the ball after only 3 days of consistent moderate to intense usage.

One of my coworkers suggested getting one of these as they’re fun to exercise with. I was trying it when my husband came home from work and we had a bit of laugh. He said it looked like one of the toys we play with our cat with. He tried it on and slapped the ball around a little bit. After a while he was punching it harder and harder and got into rhythm. What’s funny is the harder he hit it, the harder it would snap back, socking him in the face occasionally. He said it’s good motivation, but I got a kick out of him getting smacked in the face repeatedly. Despite the grief he gave me over using it initially, I’ve noticed he’s used it several times out in the garage as he’s working to “get back into fighting shape” which is funny as he’s an accountant.

I would give it five stars but it keeps whipping me in my eye. I actually box and I can tell you this thing has drastically improved the accuracy of my punches. With plenty of practice you'll soon be able to punch this thing like you would a pad or reflex pad. If you can accurately control this ball with punches from a boxing stance you'll see pin point accuracy manifest in your performance.Highly recommended!Here's a gif of me at day two

OK, I was a little skeptical when ordering this as I couldn't imagine how in the world this things works. Admittedly even after I received the item I put it on and tried hitting the ball how I thought it should be hit. Was I successful. NO WAY. Then my 14 year old son got ahold of this and mastered it in about 5 minutes. Don't I feel smart. After watching him, it's amazing how quickly he picked this up. I'm amazed at how well this will improve his eye hand coordination. I feel confident if someone tries to hit him he will block it good!! Now I will be attempting to start this again seeing how my son has mastered this and I feel I will be successful it mastering this item. I can't wait to get started!

I read a few of the bad reviews on the product and I have to say those people CLEARLY do not know what they are buying. I am not a boxer, but I love boxing. I first saw something like this watching Usyk training, then again with Lomachenko. It looked like something I would enjoy. I youtubed a few instructional videos for tips. But the product is pretty darn self explanatory. Put it on your head punch the ball. YES it will fly back at you! So those of you that got whacked in the face.... that was going to happen if you did punch it again. The product itself works great. Seems durable enough for what you are buying. My kids love trying it. It will require practice and improvement of hand eye coordination. If this one broke I would buy another in a heart beat!

Being an avid boxer for 4 years of my life (in the past), I have decent hand eye coordination. With that being said, this product will frustrate you to no end. It works as designed, and actually works much better with boxing gloves, as opposed to bare hands or wrapped hands. I wouldn't recommend even trying with wrapped hands, as the uneven wrapping has the ball going all over the place.Do NOT trust the videos you see about this product, it is NOT and easy product to use or become proficient at. It will take time and work, but it will also certainly increase your hand eye coordination, similar to the double end bag. If you are a novice I would recommend you stick to the double end for now, as this product will most likely be one of those you use twice and set aside. Once proficient it is fun, but not a super challenging workout, either.Reasons for three stars:-Cheaply made product, from the head strap to the elastic band holding the ball. Dont expect velcro to last long, especially if using while sweating. I also expect the elastic band, which is already fraying, to snap anytime now, and Ive only used it irregularly for about 2 months.-Not a good workout. The product advertises it being a workout, which it certainly is not. Its more of a fun "game" that could also be used as a warm up along with shadow boxing-False advertisements on ease of use. This is NOT an easy to use product, as I stated earlier. I am not a great boxer, but I have enough hand eye coordination to use this, but I still am not great at it. It will take lots of practice, especially if you are a rookie.

This product was horrible. The string was too long and it didn't live up to the product description.

Used this for about two hours the day I received it, it's challenging, but incredibly fun and addictive. I never boxed a day in my life, but It will greatly help your hand eye coordination and reflexes. I went to use it the next day to find one of our cats chewed through the string. I contacted the company, got an immediate response, and they are sending a new one free of charge.Highly recommend you try this.

Don’t bother with this company. You’re not getting what you see in the picture. The head band has a Velcro loop where the string attaches from that is pretty unreliable the picture shows it’s built into the strap but it’s not, it has no logos on it, the elastic is elastic so I can’t complain but the ball is super super Light and flimsy. Definitely not a legit boxaball don’t waste your money on this product. Scroll down the page and find one with a tennis ball at the end I feel like that would be a better buy for you guys out there. Looking for a refund and going to get myself a real boxaball

Es lo que estás buscando, la cinta en la cabeza muy buena, la pelota por ahora va bien, hombre, si le das como si fueses thor..pues la pelota acabará mal, pero se trata de reflejos, por lo tanto bastante bien para ejercitarlos de mil maneras. Está chulo probarlo con tu perro...se vuelve loco y se mosquea al no esquivarlo.

Perfetta per esercizi di coordinazione e rapidità. Adatto a tutte le età. La fascia è morbida e resistente, si adatta ad ogni testa e regge bene senza sganciarsi. Ottimo prodotto.

... La balle n'est elle pas un peu trop légère ? Je n'ai pas d'élément de comparaison mais la balle me semble un brin légère...En dehors de ça, il faut un peu de patience et regarder aussi quelques vidéos sur le net pour chopper quelques tips utiles pour commencer !Sur ce, bon entrainement de précision à vous !
