There's room for a two week supply (at least). I'm going to print a divider to separate each large compartment diagonally, but for now food wrap will work.The organizer is the size of the packaging for a LARGE tube of toothpaste. Lettering is large and easy to read. The "snap shut" lids are easy to open and close securely. It is NOT childproof.There is no spare compartment - but there is room to include a supply of Vitamin I(buprofen) or your favorite antacid - again food wrap to keep them separate.You may find it helpful to drop in a cotton ball, to keep the rattling down, and pills susceptible to wear from damage. (that's why there's cotton in the pill bottles - so they down rub and wear into pill dust during shipping...)

I was looking for a XL pill, 7 day organizer to fit 16 pills of daily supplements that I take (picture attached with a one cent coin on the left to better reference of the size of my pills) . It’s great for traveling, sturdy and easy to open, it won’t pop open by accident in your bag. It has large compartments. It’s not easy to find a pill case like this, you’ll love it! It’s not expensive for a great product, and in your order you get two of them, there are different nice colors to chose. I read all the reviews before buying it, **and I was very impressed of what ParrotMon wrote in her updated review**, the seller “Ryvorbe” showed concern for the customer necessities and it mattered to me. The customer service of ‘this small business’ as they called themselves is outstanding. When I opened the package, it came with a business card saying thanks for the purchase, they are really kind! I was so pleased when I put all my supplements in both cases to organize them, that I immediately placed another order on Amazon.

These are robust, strong containers. Although the dark color makes it a little more difficult to see what's inside, not a show-stopper. The feature I like the most is that the closures are positive and very secure, which eliminates problems I've had with other pill organizers - more than one may pop open when I open the day's compartment. These don't have much of a chance to do that and the long latch tab would help keep pills contained if another compartment opened unexpectedly. They very likely won't pop open in a travel bag. The only thing I would caution buyers about is the description "with XL Compartment" is not accurate, in my opinion. I wouldn't even say they are large compartments. The latches are a little difficult to open if you have dexterity problems like severe arthritis.

If you need an Extra Large Weekly Pill Organizer this is it!! Awesome pill organizer for the week to take for traveling & at home use. So easy to use & they actually snap shut so you know it's secure!I take a lot of vitamins & supplements, some of which are gummies so I have 1 organizer for AM & 1 for PM as you can see in the pictures. The 1st pic is the 2 for my husband. Next a pic of my 2 & next pic shows what fits in my AM vitamins & supplements I take every morning. Last pic shows after I put the vitamins & supplements in Thursdays compartment. I've tried other but they are too small & I couldn't fit them all in until I found this awesome Extra Large Weekly Pill Organizer! You will love it too ❤

These are a fantastic duo for use at home. I use them every day. The clear white one holds my no-food-required pills and supplements while the opaque black one holds my "eat with food" pills and supplements. I suppose you could also use as a Morning or Bedtime set. I love how it makes taking all these blasted supplements so easy. I refill each on Sundays (I started on a Monday) and don't need to remember to take 2 of these and only one of those each and every day. I just look at my Sunday pack and copy for 7 days. Yay!
