Actually had these recommended to me by a cooking blog I follow. Read the reviews, and decided to take my chances with getting cracked ramekins. Thankfully, ours all arrived safe and not chipped. Used these to bake individual apple crumbles for Thanksgiving, and they worked a treat. Perfect size, and held up in the oven. They've also been put to use holding grapes and olives on a charcuterie board, and storing leftover cranberry sauce in the fridge. Washed up easily. Very happy with purchase.

I really like these ramekins. The set of 8 gives me enough to multi-task. I use them all the time to prep and set aside ingredients to add to recipes so I have everything ready when I start to cook. Quite often I make individual mini salads with a meal. Just something to have a bite of to clear the palate. For instance when I make a quiche for dinner I prepare a salad with cut up avocado and tomato lightly coated with Calalina dressing. Sometimes I add a few marinated artichokes quarters. These dishes are great for serving things like that. Of course there's the custards, etc. So many uses for these. They're well made and easy to stack.

Bought these to try making creme brulee and I've found many uses for them since. This was the best value for the money and they are good quality. I've been using them for months now. Can go in the dishwasher if you had any doubts.

I am using these to start plant seeds. Way cheaper than peat pots although not as durable. But they last long enough to get the job done. Punch a couple of holes in the bottom add potting soil and your on your way.

I was craving my grandmother's custard and I had no baking dish(es) that would be good for a bain marie. So I ordered these ramekins and I am very pleased with how my baked custard turned out. These ramekins are just the right size for a single serving or pudding or custard and, so far, they seem very durable. I like the bright white porcelain color.

I love making individual dessert soufflé, or lemon meringues in these ramekins. I use them for so many things, they really are quite versatile.

I couldn't find any ramekins locally at the usual places I shop, but I tried because I was a little leery of having them shipped. These were very well packed, arrived in perfect condition and they're the typical, sturdy ramekins like my mother used to have. I can't speak to longevity as I've only had them for a month and used only once so far.

These were a bit smaller than I anticipated but that’s on me for not looking closely at measurement size. They are a great size for our air fryer and for individual desserts. Just a bit too small for soups or casseroles.
