for mild neck problem it is fine but for very tense muscles of the neck It is painful. They may have to have support deep tissue massage before using it. I think people particularly the elderly with osteoarthritis may not find it suitable. The curvature is nice for the neck and the material is soft and sturdy.

I have been having spasms in my shoulder/neck area for the past couple of months. Sometimes it would be so bad that I would have limited movement. I have used this for about 5 minutes yesterday and 10 minutes today. There is a numbing feeling on my scalp but it is expected according to the manual.One thing that may be incorrect (or I have limited movement) is that the instructions said to place my hands next to my head. My shoulders would not allow this so I just left my hands in the air as far back as I could.

Feels uncomfortable to start with and takes time to get use to it. I think it depends on the persons particular neck problem as to how much relief you can get but is useful if like me you have an intermittent neck problem and combine the use of it with some neck exercises.

I’m not convinced this works for me. It maybe due to my existing condition however it leaves me feeling worse. I will give it another try and will try to stick with it as the overall design concept is sound.

Bought this to try and correct a neck hump but it’s had absolutely no effect. There is no pain in the neck area so can’t say if it would help with that but as it was advertised as being able to correct the hump, we were disappointed.

I have use it a few times and it has help me with my neck will use it again when needed great buy glad I brought it
