Good holster.
As others have said, the holster seems well made and is comfortable. I tried a Ruger SR22 and a S&W Airlite revolver. They fit and and the holster was comfortable. My wife could not tell I was wearing it when I wore Wrangler jeans. I also tried an HK 40 compact. It fits fine but is uncomfortable, no fault of the holster, it is just to big and dug into my ankle. It also printed badly. I like this much better than in-pant conceal holsters that always seem to be uncomfortable.

Ankle Holster

It does just what I hoped it would , I would suggest that good socks be worn under it as it irritated my ankle without socks , great little item.
