Purchased for very heavy period flow. I have tried everything nothing protects me. I feel safe wearing these and even though they are very thick and you can probably see them I’ve gone past the point of caring. Teamed with period underwear and a long top or hoodie. I can safely be reassured that I won’t have no more embarrassing leaks.

Great for just after birth as holds alot. Although I will say they are very wide even for my granny pants and do tend to bunch in the middle so need changing very frequently. If your up and about soon after birth your probably better off looking for a slimmer pad

These literally saved me after giving birth.When I had my first born the ones I bought in the store kept leaking on my underwear and weren't long enough.These are not only thick but also really long covering really good from front to back. I didn't leak once onto my underwear.They are also very comfortable and even though they are thick, not noticeable in your clothes (even though who cares, you just had a baby!)

I was looking for the normal pad.instead i recived this huge size one...suitable for large amount during the night...

These were a lifesaver. Super absorbent and helped me get on with my day to day life.

Whoever designed these pads has never met a real life woman, they’re ridiculously wide unlike any other maternity pad I’ve used before, as though the designer believes there’s a 5inch gap at the top of every woman’s thighs, honestly it’s bizarre and means the pads just bulk up between your legs. Very strange, chose another type, I wasted my money here as these are unusable.
