This rug has long ripples all over. Tried steaming them out, didn't work! Tried placing heavy books onto the ripples to flatten them, didn't work! Tried living with the ripples, doesn't work! How do we return a very large, heavy rug?

This area rug is very plush and is exactly as it appears in the picture.Very high quality. They area better than I expected....I love them. I ordered two of them (one on each side of my king size bed and after receiving them I ordered another one the same size and an additional larger one to use in my adjoining master bathroom. I have tile floors throughout my home and I needed something to soften and warm up my walking areas. Because they do not have a non-slip backing, I did have to order non-slip rubber pads to go under them for safety reasons.

My husband and I had been looking for a new runner for our hallway for a while --- and finding nothing that suited our taste AND out budget. Then we discovered this runner. We were a bit reluctant to buy it online, but were thrilled when it arrived. We purchased the ivory funner. It brightens up a dark hallway. The serged edges on all four sides give it a refined and custom appearance. We would certainly purchase this product again if we had a need.

This rug was exactly what was needed for my new house The pattern and colors complemented my wood floor and living room pieces better than I had hoped for.

The carpet is pretty much what I expected. I wind up getting a new area rug in my living room every few years because my cats use them as a scratching pad. This one has two areas around the edges where the finishing threads are frayed which is really unacceptable. Besides that, the color is exactly as shown in the picture (I got the gray) and the quality is fine. I've tried many different brands and thicknesses and types.... This one's sufficient for my needs. I would buy it again and hope that the edging on another was not compromised.

I didn't even open the roll you could see the faults immediately, it was disgracefull and the hassle of 2 people in their 70's trying to return it was very distressing. The seller eventually refunded our money but I wouldn't recommend buying blind from Amazon. Go to a reputable rug shop.
