Oh dear... where do I start? The instructions are a one page printout of barely visible line drawings. The design looks good, but it's very flimsy. For over $100, I expected better. One piece of the frame snapped during assembly. When I looked closer, it had been broken before and repaired with glue. Several other pieces had cracks in the wood and I had to use wood filler. The hinges on the lids were put on wrong- there was no way to anchor them to the nest box- I had to move them to the back. In addition, the lids don't stay open, which is essential when you're trying to get your animals out of the coop. And what is this flimsy green plastic material on the roof? It looks nothing like the photo. I thought it would be that crushed stone and tar roofing material like my other coop has. The pieces looked beat up... I could go on, but this gives a general idea of the lack of quality. I'm sure the cage will be nice when I'm done modifying and reinforcing it, but if you purchase this coop, be prepared to put a lot of extra work into it.

Don't buy this hutch, it's a terrible design and totally impractical.The removable tray for easy cleaning cannot be removed because you have to screw the ladder into it. You would have to unscrew the ladder every time to remove the tray, which would cause the flimsy wood to crack.The hinges on the roof sections are screwed too far over, so they can't be connected properly to the rest of the hutch without removing the hinges and re-attaching.The design of the hutch also means the side roof sections are difficult to attach.Parts of the wood were damaged when it arrived, sections of the wire were bent. The door latch is a small block of wood screwed into the hutch that you rotate, but this action causes the screw to turn and pull loose, or widen the gap it's screwed into.The whole design of the hutch is terrible and very poor quality.
