defective part
put this tensioner pulley in to replace noisey one turns out this one is as loud as the one i took out if not louder. very disappointed in gm and amazon for selling such junk. i guess i'll see if i have better luck on ebay. replacement part went bad 8 months later after only 150 miles on car other than that i just start it once a month to keep battery charged up.
