Pan is very easy to clean. I actually use it mostly for dinner not breakfast would definitely recommend for quick breakfast lunch and dinner recipes. You can cook everything at the same time.

The quality of this grill pan with my Bosch induction cooktop did not work at all. I tried all my burners and none of them 5 were able to magnetise/heat the Sakuchi pan. Attached induction plates are notoriously undependable. I bought it because there were good reviews but not in my case. Buy pans whose metal is plyed together during production not attached after the pan is made.

For the money - I am pleased with my purchase. I wanted a pan that I could fry a steak on and have grill marks (because I don't actually use a grill) I actually used this pan to fry up some brats that I had just boiled in beer and it worked perfectly. And the best part - Very easy to clean. It came with the handle off - but it came with a little screwdriver so I didn't have to search for any tools. It came together really easy. I felt that it heated evenly. I have a ceramic stovetop and sometimes certain cookware doesn't work well but this is ceramic stovetop friendly. And bonus I love purple and the pan is purple :) I am not a chef - but I do cook daily and this pan will probably be the pan I pull out for the meats. I have bought more expensive cookware but so far this pan does what I want it to and so far it is easy to clean ! (and the cleaning part is the most important part to me cuz I hate scrubbing pans) It is so easy to clean that I wouldn't even consider putting it in the dishwasher (which I do believe it suggests that you do not dishwasher it)

I made bratwurst and pork tenderloin steaks. Both came out perfectly and the pan was very easy to clean afterwards. Bevor using, I heated it up with some lard, kind of seasoning it, and it seems to have made a difference. Not too hot and not long. I will never use cast iron again, I tried several times and failed. So, if this skillet keeps up for about 6 months I would be very happy.
