This swing is sturdy, comfortable, and worth the money. However, like the bad reviews say - the box it came shipped it was not sturdy enough and it came with a missing piece and another piece damaged. BUT the seller is super responsive and willing to make it right immediately. I would recommend getting a protective cover if you're going to have this swing where it can rained on.

"Sunnydaze" Outdoor Garden Swing Set is a solid, extremely well made swing set. It does arrived in many heavy pieces and would be very difficult for one person to put together. Plan on having help! Plus *Read the directions carefully* so you line pieces/screws up correctly. After putting together... family enjoyed all summer.

From delivery to assembly... arrival early, assembly took about an hour, all parts present and fitment was dead on.This is by far THE BEST swing we've purchased over the last 30 years, I would not purchase the mainstream swings sold at big box stores again!This will cost more than most swings.... but is a GREAT investment, do yourself a favor don't pass up buying this swing!

I purchased this as a replacement for a similar swing that finally succumbed to the sun, wind and salt air here on the Florida Gulf coast after 6 years. The main frame and general design of the new one is identical to the other I had but there are some disappointing differences. The seat frame is sturdy enough but the vinyl webbing is pretty thin and I believe it will not hold up well in the long run. I expected the canopy and seat cushion material to be something similar to Sunbrella but it is no where close to that quality. The canopy frame is also a down grade as it only has support frames on each end and no support along the front and rear sides. Also there are no cams or gears to lock the canopy from tilting and twisting in the wind. I had the canopy knobs as tight has I could get them by hand and the first 20 mph wind gust twisted it back like a sail.This swing is very attractive and comfortable use. The folding drink tables are a plus. If I were looking for a nice swing to be set up in a less harsh environment I would purchase it again. However after watching the other swing I had self destruct over 6 years I'm not confident this one will last that long.

First it arrived in a beat up box and the screw package was destroyed so we have to figure out what was what. The instructions were useless. It is 2 pieces of paper without text. Just hard to read pictures. Many if the assembly items did not have markings making it extremely hard to get it right. Next we have to go to home depot to get missing screws 8 of them. Took about 5 hours to put together with two people.In addition the fitment is terrible. There are gaps where there should be none. The lacquer is scratched in many places and if it wasn’t for the fact it is SO heavy and difficult to return we would have returned it. All I can do is to STRONGLY recommend against this product especially considering how expensive it is.

Love this heavy duty swing! It is so comfortable. I’m five foot ten and can lean back and swing without using the cushions, but I do use the cushions when I lay out on it sideways. It is so well balanced that a small push keeps you swinging while you read, browse the internet, or just relax. Getting the right hardware was a little tough, but customer service made sure to make it right.

I love the swing, but it was a little difficult to put together. The holes for the screws didn’t line up well. Our swing is missing one of the brown plastic sleeves for the end of the swing bars. I tried to contact the seller, but can’t find a link in my purchase other than to return it, which I don’t want to do, since it is put together. I’m hoping you can just send out the plastic piece?

Great product. Some parts were damaged but the seller sent the replacement timely. The seller was very responsive.

Love the wicker seat, nice and deep and hopefully will last much longer than the fabric ones. The weight is heavy and this swing is solid. The little extras like drink trays is nice. Wish they would do a second long seat pillow for back instead of 3 throw pillows.

Buying a product sight unseen can be very challenging, and I appreciated the reviews done by others. In my overall experience, this swing more than meets my expectations. It has a very sturdy construction, that provides very comfortable seating for three. The seat pad has an appropriate thickness, no complaints there. The depth of the seats may require a short person or child to have two pillows at their back, but with one pillow it is still comfortable. I accessorized mine with addition of some other pillows. The canopy is well designed, and the material covering the canopy is equivalent to material found on gazebo tarps. In assembly, it really requires two persons. One should take the time to study the graphic pictorial/diagrams before assembly and separate and count the components, and then just follow the diagrams. After a few hours you should be swinging.
