My glass cafetière broke in the dish washer, so I decided to opt for a steel one instead. Most of them were upwards of £60 and didn’t have great reviews and then I came across this one. It works wonderfully well so far. Keeps coffee properly hot for over an hour, easy to clean and contrary to what someone else said, it doesn’t make a horrible scratchy sound when you push the plunger down, it just glides down smoothly. Very easy to clean and looks great. Also comes with a spare filter and a measuring spoon which doubles as a coffee bag clip. Great all round product and decent value for money. Would certainly recommend.

Well manufactured with double thickness walls, this cafetiere keeps coffee fresh and hot for at least an hour. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. And it doesn't drip! No metal scraping identified when the plunger is depressed , as mentioned in one review.Beautifully designed and very well presented in a lovely gift box. Ideal to buy as a present, but you may be tempted to keep it for yourself!Relatively expensive but well worth it.We are well pleased!

Astor and Kline have really knocked the presentation out of the park with this one.I dont know what I was expecting from ordering a cafetiere but it was certainly not as highly presented as this was.In terms of the build quality - the cafetiere feels sturdy and looks like its dual wall build will keep your fresh filtered coffee fresh and hot for a long time, all whilst maintaining and simple yet sleek and classy design. It's clear to see that this would be easy to clean.This product also comes with am elongated measuring/ stiring spoon and spare filters.My only gripe with this is my product arrived with a fair few scuff marks(pictured), which baffled me, considering the quality of the packaging.Overall I am ecstatic with the product and hopefully the replacement will not show signs of wear for being a brand new product.Would make a great gift for a coffee connoisseur.

I bought it as part of the coffee set along with coffee grinder for my wife and she is in love with this set and this French press. It arrived well packed in a very nice box. Because it's double sided wall, it keeps the coffee hot for longer if you make more. I totally recommend it!

This is a great product, sturdy, well made, beautifully packaged, with extra filters and a coffee scoop. Keeps coffee warm and won't break like glass cafetieres. Really good value at the price at the time (£29).
