beautiful and thrilling
Beautiful and yet thrilling all in one, if that can be a thing. So well written and thought out. Peaceful.

Unique
Although this book didn't quite meet my expectations, its uniqueness didn't disappoint. I read it for the author and the hype, but I was left wishing for more. The storytelling, voiced by the spirits of the murdered women, and the author's imaginative take on the afterlife were enjoyable. However, I felt there wasn't enough thrill and I wanted more from the ending. The book is well written, and I still recommend it! It's interesting and enjoyable. I have read several other books by this author, with Gray After Dark being my most recent 5 star read, Ask For Andrea is a 4 star read for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved the Book
I really like this book. It was an easy read and it kept me wanting more. I don't know why anyone would give it less than five stars. It was easy to read. The story was interesting and I liked the characters. If you want a book that is good reading, definitely pick up this book. The only thing I would change is this... In the back of the book the author references is place where you can read more about how one of the characters is doing or ends up. I would LOVE to read it, but it's on Instagram. I don't use Instagram. The author does finish the book and ties up ends, but I would like to know more about this specific character.

Original, Flawless, Riveting and Relentless!
This is my first book by this author and WOW I am impressed! The story itself is completely original. How many books have you read that are from the point of view of dead people? With a premise like that, I couldn't resist! And she totally pulls it off, complete with a post-death reality that seems actually plausible. (No religious themes here at all. Only that there IS an afterlife, and there IS love.)The characters weren't airheads but young women who behaved realistically. None of that "Oh why is she so stupid?" like in some books. Nope, none of that at all. And, NOT a typical ghost story at all!Perfect pace. I absolutely could NOT put this book down! What a ride!I don't usually read action thrillers but I read this because of the unusual premise. I'd say this was a very compelling psychological thriller that turned into an edge-of-your-seat action thriller for the last few chapters. Even then, it never got contrived at all.I honestly can't think of any flaws; this book was soooo well-written and the plot so skillfully crafted. The only little improvement I could suggest for the author is to have a bit more variation in the tone of 'voice' of the main characters; their voices sounded similar and sometimes I had to think "wait, which one was this again?" or cheat and check the heading at the beginning of the chapter to see which character was telling the story. But that is a very minor little thing.Young women got murdered, so obviously it had to be somewhat graphic, but it wasn't any more graphic than it had to be. NOT a gory bloodbath, thankfully. It's the story itself that is so compelling.Definitely one of the best books I've read, and I read over 100 books per year.My favorite author is Freida McFadden, because of her flawless writing style. I gotta say, Ask for Andrea was right up there, every bit as good if Not better! And THAT is an incredible compliment!I immediately wanted more, so I looked at Noelle's other books but they all seem to be more action thriller, or even horror, and I'm Not really into that genre. So I might Not read all of the others, even though the author's writing is absolutely stellar. (Edit: I just changed my mind and ordered another of her books - Room for Rent...just couldn't resist! I will probably still pass on the others though.) I hope she writes more unique, psychological thrillers like Ask for Andrea; I will surely buy them!

Ask for Andrea
Literally read this book in less than 24 hours! It was really good and a completely different take for a thriller book than I’ve read in the past. This story follow three murdered victims of a psychopath that meets up with women off a dating app and strangles them to death. The three women were murdered over the span of two years and end up coming together to find a way to help law enforcement track him down and convict him of their deaths. It was really interesting to read from a “ghosts” perspective in the way that only they could see and hear each other. They couldn’t do anything crazy like fly or move through walls, but they could slip through cracks as the wind or air would. The book did spark questions about the afterlife and if this is another possibility. It also raised the question on if this is true; would you attend your own funeral or no?Overall, was a really good book and help my attention the entire time. Loved the different characters POVs and how they all came together.

A captivating and unique read!
This book is one I will remember for a long time. The story starts with Brecia, Meghan, and Skye all being murdered. Each is murdered years apart, in different states. This story moves between their timelines, but I wouldn't necessarily call this a true dual timeline. It feels more like each woman is telling her story and then they merge.Brecia meets a man and he gives her the creeps, and she calls it off. A year later, he murders her. Meghan meets a man from a dating app, and she disappears after leaving a restaurant with him. Skye is about to leave for college and is leaving her job at a coffee shop when she takes a ride from one of her regular customers, but she is never seen again.First, the premise and overall plot are unique to anything I have read. We get to see each character experience the immediate aftereffects of their deaths, the emotions they experience, and how they try desperately to interact with people and loved ones. One thing I appreciated about this book is that while we do see the murders, that isn't the sole focus of the book. There are some more graphic descriptions of the decomposition, but even that is done tastefully. This story truly revolves around the women and how they are trying to stop this man, James, from killing again.I don't want to say a ton more, because I think it would spoil aspects of the story, but I highly recommend this book. The author also has a follow-up short that she offers a link for at the end of the e-book (on Amazon). It was a nice bit of closure to some of the other characters we meet and I appreciated the author taking the time.

Really Loved this Read!
This was a terrific book. Great characters, a great idea and an easy read, which I really appreciate sometimes. (Long, complex names and places can get difficult to keep track of sometimes). A satisfying ending was the icing on the cake. Can’t recommend this book enough. Sad it’s over, to be honest.

Heartfelt and Heartbreaking
A great read, I haven't been that invested in the outcome of a story for quite some time. No gore, no sadistic violent scenes, just sheer human drama and suspense. Will definitely read more from this author. My only criticism is that the plot is set up a bit overly complicated, making it harder than necessary to follow the characters at times. Still, much recommended!

Carino,ma un po’ lento all’inizio
L’idea è carina e la narrazione è gradevole, ma la prima parte è molto lenta ed eccessivamente dettagliata. Solo da metà libro in poi la trama evolve con un ritmo più avvincente.
