Excellent skimmer. I made fresh pasta and with two scoops I emptied the pot and still had my pasta water to use for cooking. Does a beautiful job and fits nicely in the utensil drawer. Quality and durability are top notch.

This is a sturdy, well made utensil. However it is huge!! The size of this seems to be more for a commercial food business rather than a residential kitchen.

Perfect for many uses
All kinds of pasta, or vegetables and maybe a quick dip in a fish tank to rescue a tiny swimmer from the mouth of its carnivorous parent, this works! A bit larger than I expected, but works efficiently. I’m very happy with it.
