This portable air-conditioning unit is powerful enough to cool down a room in minutes. It is 100 degrees outside and yet it is cool inside. I am very impressed !

Good air conditioner. I think it cools better than described in its specifications.A little bit noisy.

The unit works well, the app and the remote are great features too.

We bought a refurbished unit trusting that Amazon would deliver a good product. It arrived somewhat banged up, cover scuffed and one of the cover screws broken off. The AC unit is quite heavy. It appears that the fan speed only works on "Hi". But after going through a heat wave the unit did exactly what it was supposed to do, cool the room, so we decided to keep it.

To engage constant mode, HOLD FAN BUTTON DOWN FOR 3 SECONDS (on constant mode)

Yeah I wanted a noise machine. Got exactly what I asked for! Now my whole community hates me, as per intended use of this product. Oh and it also fills up with water you have to drain from its backside every day - it's just like having a baby. Oh Toshiba I hope you're reading this. Don't put in beep confirmation at 9000 decibels (Dcb.) for a product meant to ease life. *Middle finger up*
