Celeste's Hot But Sweet Jalapeño Relish (Regular, 1 Pack)

The flavor of the Garlic Lovers is amazing! It isn't quite as hot as the original, but that is great for me since I can put it on liberally without burning my mouth. I had been looking for a pepper relish ever since falling in love with the Red Robin Mad Love Cheeseburger and had been looking for something very similar. I had tried at least 3 other companies before coming upon Celeste's. This Garlic Lover's version isn't quite the same as the one used by RR, but that no longer matters, because I love this one even more!I have purchased the regular version and the Garlic Lovers (one-pack) one time each. We then totally fell in love with the Garlic Lovers version and have purchased the two-pack of this at least 5 times now. I am now to the point where I have to order more by the time I open my last jar... just so that I do not run out. That would be a sad day...lol Yes, I am a bit addicted now. YUM!There was, however, a problem with my next to last order (the one before I just ordered again today) where the package arrived broken and the whole package was doused in chunky pickle-y juices. I discovered that the problem was because of the way it was packaged this last time. It is usually packaged REALLY well and even has Styrofoam peanuts between the two jars that are in a nifty cardboard tube that is just the right size. This time, however, there were no Styrofoam peanuts at all. That is why the jar broke and the other one had a dented lid even. There was plenty of room for them to repeatedly hit each other in transit.Once Celeste knew of the issue, she/they took care of the problem very quickly and replaced my order. Terrific customer service!!!I will keep buying this two-pack of Garlic Lovers because of the amazing taste and the obviously wonderful company who makes it! I am actually really frugal, but choose to splurge a bit on this two-pack repeatedly, because it is THAT. GOOD!

Purchased this earlier, for the first time, and loved that batch so reordered. However this batch just doesn't compare in taste, texture of chopped pieces or batch liquid. I understand how batches can vary but there was just too much variation. I appreciate homemade goodies but I won't reorder as I believe there are better such products out there and will try some of those. I may return in hopes the seller has gone back to the original version????

I love this as a condiment. Perfect balance of hot and sweet. I put it on a lot of things, but I think adding it to scrambled eggs is probably my favorite. If you are looking for a little treat because it is a global pandemic, or if you are reading this in the future because the pandemic is over, wow. How long has it been? We're opening back up, but it feels like I should buy another jar of this stuff because we're probably going to close back down because it isn't going well.

I like spicy foods, so this was right up my alley. I f you have a delicate palate, this might not be the condiment for you. I found both to be flavorful, chunky (not overly-processed like store-bought) and with enough heat to keep me satisfied without my head exploding! I'm glad I made the purchase.

I'm very hesitant to give this a 5 star review as it is from a small batch company and I'm afraid it will become so popular that I will not be able to buy it when I need it! This stuff is really good. it's a bit on the expensive side but I think the quality and taste is worth it. I use it in a Cajun black bean and rice recipe and it really adds to the dish.

A friend got this for my husband and we used it until we were scraping the last bits from the jar. She couldn't remember where she bought it & I took a chance and found it here.It's fabulous on Any sandwich but tuna sandwiches are the best!

I love hot things, habanero included. This was really hot. I put some in potato salad and it was ok. I will use it sparingly. It’s the garlic version but what I get is hot. I ordered it again. It takes practice to get this wonderful stuff just right. We love it now!

A great combination of heat and sweetness. It goes very well with any breakfast like egg and bacon, sausages, omelette, ... . It has also been a popular souvenir for my family and relatives in Asia; Jalapeno relish is not a common item to be easily found there.
