Great cottage
We have quite a few calico critters but I decided to buy this Li'l Woodzeez house as I liked it more than the houses for Calico critters.It really is bigger than it looks in the photo which is great as most of the time, things end up smaller than they look online. One side has two floors and the other has three floors.The first thing my granddaughter said was "It has so many windows!" And it does: lots of doors and windows (and that storage area on the roof) for so much creative play. Mine came with all the items in the picture.You can close it up easily when it's time to put it away.Anyway, for the money, this was well worth it.

Much Higher Quality than Expected
Wow - my daughter bought this with the money she had saved up and I must say that I'm impressed. It is well made and well-designed for play and the test of time. You'll want to buy some appropriately-sized additional furniture (especially kitchen stuff) to enhance play, but this is a quality product. I can't think of another toy my children have purchased or been given in the last five years that I have already earmarked for ultimate long term storage next to my beloved Fisher Price toys of old. This one will last well beyond the grandkids.

Missing pieces
My child wanted this so bad. It arrived with missing pieces. I contacted the company, they didn't hv the missing pieces but did refund a little. She still enjoyed the house, it did hv new tags on it.

Came in broken
My daughter just opened the box with the house for Christmas. To my disappointment, the pink roof above the porch has a noticeable damage, a crack. I wanted to return it but my daughter loved it anyway, so we decided to keep it. Maybe a suggestion to the company: a better shipping packaging.

Way overpriced.
Mmm... its not worth $99...Dropped about $200 on the house and families for xmas and ya, the series and stuff is way over priced/overrated.
