Good Tracker Watch, except for the band but I have a fix for that.
This fitness Tracker looks and feels nice. It was easy to set up based on an email provided by the seller, using my tablet(don't want to use my phone). I only wanted a digital watch that would count steps, and this fits the bill. It is reallynice that it shows the steps, distance and calories used right on the watch. The Four stars is because the band doesn'talways stay on. I am trying to come up with a way to fix the problem. I will post it when I get a final solution. It seemswhere the end of the band connects, I get it caught on things and it comes off. I have come up with a couple of answers to the band falling off issue. The cheapest solution is an "O- ring" from your plumbing supplies, If you want something fancier, look up this on Amazon,"TUSITA Band Security Clasp for Samsung gear fit 1 2 / Garmin Vivofit 1 2 /Garmin Vivosmart HR HR+ Plus Accessories Safe Loop Keeper Locking Silicon Fastener Ring". For $5.00, I got 5 of them and I haven't had the problem since. Based on the price, its a good watch. Especially when I see the really expensive fit bits having the same issue.I was really surprised when I sent emailto the seller and he responded right away and seems to care about his product. I would have to give the seller 5 starsfor customer support.

He does not like the look and style of the watch
I bought it for my 12 yr old but the watch does not even connect with his phone. He does not like the look and style of the watch. I will not send it back because he could use this as a back up watch. It does keep track of his steps.I will be purchasing him a different fitness tracker. Very disappointed but you get what you pay for.

Works great!
Exactly what we wanted for my 9 year old daughter. She wanted something to track her steps and show the time. No need for an expensive device. Works great, she has the app on her old ipod. We lost the charger and the company has been wonderful. It fell off once (her wrist is thin so the one side of the band is quite long) but we added a little colorful silicone ring and had no more issues.

Product not as discribed
I returned the product. It said that it was compatible with android 4.4 and would not pair with my husbands phone. Very frustrating.

No help no respond
I reach out to you and explain how the band keep coming off and I wanted to return it and you never responded. So right now I feel that the quality is not that good.
