Audiophile sound quality
I am not using this as intended for a band set up. Instead its the dac in my audiophile headphone setup. Its a step up in sound quality from my Lynx2b sound card and once set up its pretty bullet proof. Headphone amp is so so and I run it out to a pair of Behringer P1s in balanced mode using batteries. Its not that the headphone amp is bad, its just not balanced. The linelevel vc is solid and very smooth and build quality is high for this price range. It sounds better powered off the switch than the supplied psu or even the ifi low noise psu.Dante software is pretty solid once you figure things out. Like just because it can do 96khz don't set it to that if you are just playing 44.1. But once its set up man it is set it and forget it.Ditching USB is a big win in terms of SQ.

Sweet Dante DAC
Pretty sweet break out box for a Dante network. Ran into some issues when I tried to use it at first. Make sure that you have Dante controller open, to see if it’s trying to make itself the master clock on the network. Mine happened to have a lower MAC address than my audio console, and so the Rednet started having issues when Dante tried to elevate it. I had to resolve this by slaving my audio console to the Dante card and am not having issues anymore. Would definitely recommend for an easy solution for a church who can only afford a single console and must mix their audio with a stereo aux.
