I have been having fun practicing with this filter, and totally recommend using it and getting familiar with it before taking it "on the road" and using it on pictures that will be one chance shots.I love that this filter can be rotated once it is place on the camera, giving me control of what direction the gold streaks are going... I'm sharing two pictures of the same ornament, taken with the filter rotated to different positions to show what a difference it can make, and what fun can be had.I picked this up for use on trips, wanting to be able to give some artistic interest to lighthouses on the horizon, and to help a few lone lights really POP in phtos, so my Christmas Tree may not have been the best place to experiment with the filter, but it was what I had at hand that hand lights for the filter to make the most of... and turned out to be a great way to practice as I could get close and capture only a few lights, stand back for a LOT of lights... see how I felt the filter did when I was using optical zoom on the camera vs. physically walking closer and using macro.I was a touch concerned when I first put the filter on... to my eye I felt like I was seeing the lines on the filter in the viewfinder and feared I was going to get shots focused on that (almost like the screen in a window), but as these pics show, the end results is eye catching... and I expect the results to improve as I continue to practice/experiment, and improve as a photographer. (I am a total novice with filters.)

Has a snap feature in the bottom of the sticker area.Sticker has gold printing to match the Streak Gold.Inside is the filter in a custom white molded pad.Also the Filter itself has a gold band for easy identification, along with the lettering in white.(SteaK Gold ɸ77mm / LENSKINS)The filter direction can be adjusted with the front ring with the lettering on it.Back threading that connects to your lens is for taking on or off the filter.Perfect threading and no issues. Made of aviation grade aluminum and SCHOTT B270 German glass.The filter, cleaning cloth and case will easily fit into a gear bag or a clothing pocket.Would make a great gift, just pick up one for the lens that is the largest, you can always step down with some rings later.Testing.The HD optical glass. Set my keyring on the filter and then picked them up with a little bit of a drag across.No scratches. Placed multiple fingers on the front of the filter and no oily finger prints, NICE!The Nano coatings work great.Took a few drops of water and dripped onto the front of the filter.Then used the provided cleaning cloth to dry up the filter. Perfect, no streaks.Set up a few lights and tested the filter, works with very good results.Tried outdoors at night also.Smooth motion when turning the filter to the desired effect.Lights that are in the blue or green color range will be of that color.Lights from cool white to warm white will be gold.Overall, very pleased with the effect that this filter provides.Made to last and better than I expected.Hope this was helpful.
