Danger!
Hose fitting separated and emptied entire 20 lb bottle of propane. Thank goodness it was on the deck and not stored in the garage. This defect could have been catastrophic. Do not leave connected when not using. Yikes!

Had mine for about 3 months when I heard a hissing sound coming from the large connector. I shut the tank off to inspect where the leak was coming from and then the hose blew off the connector. I put on a radiator hose clamp and now its working, but I think this company should be aware of this..

Broke on 3rd use. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN!
As at least one other reviewer has commented - there's a flimsy plastic collar that maintains the "gap" between the back of the brass piece that mates to the tank and the plastic screw-cap that screws the hose onto the tank. Once that snaps and falls out there is no longer anything holding the brass connector tight to the tank. You can crank the attachment all the way to a stop and the hose will just flop around - never making a seal and not allowing you to open the valve. On mine - it only "partially" broke initially - allowing me one more attachment that leaked like mad - a potentially very dangerous situation. Once I removed the hose and the last bits of plastic fell out it never tightened again.I think the clear plastic collar in question broke because I tightened the thing too hard - but who doesn't? No one wants a leak! Ultimately it's a massive design flaw - this thing should be made with a MUCH more durable piece in place.Honestly - look for something better. If this broke while under a lit grill I would have had a flame-thrower on my pool deck. Spend a few more dollars on something better.

This product does perform at expectations and is as described by the seller. It came early. Thanks.
This product does perform as described and is compatible with the thread connections of my tabletop Coleman propane camp grill and a standard 20lb grill tank.I personally got sick of using the small canisters. The hose quality is enough to direct the fuel and I have not had any leaks. The threading on the large tank side is plastic and that is my only concern, however I could have paid more for a name brand with a higher quality metal thread that would likely last longer.I saw a couple of reviews with people saying that the hose ruptured after being hooked up for only a few days/weeks... etc....This is a line to be used during grilling/dispensing. Following the completion of your grilling/dispensing the tank should be turned off, lines bled, and then regulator turned off for safety. This is not a permanent gas line. Those of you leaving this line hooked up and pressurized that way to sit and rot in the weather are asking for problems. Don't give this person a bad review because of your lack of personal safety protocol. But what do I know I only work at a propane dispensary.

Leaks after 3 months
After 3 months the line would leak at the connection to the tank. If I hold it straight it is okay but if I try to bend it I can hear and smell a leak. The threads are on tight and this wasn't a problem when I first received it.

Works perfectly. Seamless and simple!
Works perfectly with my new Coleman Road Trip XLE. Simply screwed it in in place of an (EXPENSIVE) 1 pound "disposable" tank. BTW--buying propane that way costs about $240.00 for 20 pounds of fuel, compared to $13.00 for filling a 20 pound tank!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Anyway, I connected the other end to a 20 pounder, turned the valve on and lit the fire--no problems, no leaks! BTW if you aren't rich, like me, and don't want to spend the ridiculous cost of the 1 pound tanks, you can refill them easily. Amazon has the adapters to do so for around 8--10 bucks (I recommend the all brass fitting as opposed to the one with the plastic collar). That way you only have to buy the "disposable" tanks once.

Works well on low-flow devices; stoves tend to be a problem
Works like a charm running a single burner tabletop BBQ and a lantern but it cannot keep up with my 2 burner Ozark Trail stove (Wal-Mart). I thought the problem was with my stove but I installed a 1 lb propane cylinder and the stove again worked well. Then, I grabbed my Mr. Heater distribution tree and hose and that also worked well. Tried this hose again, no dice. Seems that it may have a built-in safety valve set a bit too low because it seems to supply one burner just fine on low but as soon as you turn it up it sputters out. Past return window, looks like i'm stuck with it.

Get to work, hose! It's cold outside (and inside)
Oooooo-weeee!!! With below zero (Fahrenheit) temps, I was super happy to get this for my garage heater. Now, I can use my 20lb tank with my heater buddy, instead of having to buy a large quantity of 1lb tanks. The hose, hose ends and materials all seem to be high quality and the overall hose is put together very well. It's performs exactly as it should. It's doing its job right now, as a matter of fact!

Dangerous this equipment could kill you and/members of your family
Bought that in September work for two months and then start leaking propane, i was lucky to hear the leaking gaz even after it was turn off. I think this product is very dangerous. Be very careful if you have bought this piece of equipment, if not bought yet please don’t buy and put yourself and your family at great risk!

Not enough pressure!
This product did NOT perform as it was meant to. Unfortunately it doesn't allow the same amount of propane gas pressure to reach the burners of my camping barbecue as the 1lb. tanks provide. Without adequate pressure the flame is too low to provide adequate cooking temperatures. I am very disappointed in this product, but it is so inexpensive that returning it just isn't worth it. I hate throwing out something new, but this item is going to end up in landfill.

Pleasantly surprised by product quality.
I have manufactured gas equipment for my entire adult life and was truly pleasantly surprised by the good quality of this low priced product. The nicely flexible hose is CSA/UL rated and the fittings are similar good quality pieces and well installed. Although the assembly bears no such rating. From experience i always add a pinch of silicone grease to any reuseable fitting that will be in contact with an internal "O" ring. In this case I had no need as I saw a fresh dollop on the appliance end. This is not needed or recommended on the tank end.Good quality piece at any price. To the seller, please keep your price just where it is!

Don’t buy cheap propane hoses
Worked great for about a year and then the hose blew up when we were using it and scared everybody at the campsite. Good thing I was able to shut the propane bottle off before the whole campsite went up in flames. Lesson learned don’t buy cheap propane hoses.

Fire Hazard
Unless you are extremely careful with the (short!) cable, there is a fire hazard risk with this product. Because the sheathing of the cable is rubber, not metal, the cable itself can catch fire if the cable comes into contact with a heat source. In my case, I was using this to attach a 20lb tank to a Mr. Heater Big Buddy portable heater. At one point the cable got too close to the heater (but still there was a metal protective cage), and the cable got fire. The rubber material melted, and the cable was on fire. I quickly turned off the 20lb tank, the heater and dumped water to put out the fire. I'd recommend spending the extra $10-15 bucks on the metal cable version of this (also on Amazon). For other uses it may be better suited or if you have no concerns of the short cable every getting close to a heat source.
