Haven’t been using long enough to see a difference but it tastes good, sweeter than I expected.

LOVE ease of use, flavor, confidence in quality of product; knowing I'm filling in nutrients without added pills/in hard vitamins form. Digestable, ease of absorprion. Tastes great! I mix it with water as directed in a shaker bottle with small blender ball. I'm too lazy, inpatient, unsophisticated for the blender. I like fast, easy, easy to clean up solutions. Thanks Dr. Berg!

Too much sweet.. the rest is good

This product helps you feel young and healthy again! I get lots of energy, wake up feeling refreshed! I stopped using my fiber supplements because this shake does the job. The flavor is great and I take it first thing in the morning. I believe Dr. Berg knows what he’s doing! Thanks for another great product!

I realize it says it's sweetened with Stevia Leaf, but it still tastes like saccharin. I try to squeeze as much lemon Into it as I can, but I can't cover that taste up.

We’ve been purchasing this for quite some time-for over a year, and this is the only time that we received an item like this. The downside of purchasing these types of products is that you cannot return them if the product has been tempered with. I’m hoping to get attention from this company so I can exchange it. Until then, my review will still stand and rating will still be at one star until they contact me. I give it 5 stars for the product and 1 start for their policies. Update: They refunded me, and I ordered a new one. Thank you so much!

Great for adding potassium to my diet. I usually drink this with my meal.
