The bowls are nice but the straws came shattered into so many pieces and are unusable everything was wrapped and the box was undamaged so not sure how thT happened but this was a gift for my daughter and she was very disappointed!

You cannot piece a coconut together to make a lager bowl than what God created and expect it to last past the first hand washing. The other reason it's not for eating in, is the brown residue that came off the interior after I washed it and wiped it with a white paper towel. It's NOT food grade.

These are beautiful coconut salad bowls. They are a nice size - much like a typical cereal bowl. They are smooth and non absorbent. They wash clean easily. Due to subtle differences in the two bowls it's evident they are crafted from natural resources rather than being manufactured. They are lighter weight than I anticipated but still feel sturdy. To be honest I am not eating out of them often because they are so attractive I use them more as decor on my kitchen hutch. But I wouldn't hesitate to put a salad in them if I wanted to impress someone. I like knowing that they are made from Vietnamese artisans and are from a small business. Nice work artisans!

My coconut bowls came early! They were neatly packed along with the spoons and forks and a cute drawstring bag for the straws. Im happy with my purchase and I love using my bowls. They are durable and so cute
