Had a double mastectomy when I was allowed to message I was having a hard time. I got this and the foam was soft on the healing skin and scars. Helped me break up the hard spots and make my new tissue feel real. The battery life is great, super convenient that it charges by USBC. It is a little loud but didn't bother me I have been using for about 2 months.

Arrived July 2. Worked fine until it required re-charging. Attempted to re-charge July 30 - August 1. Would not re-charge. Began the return process today, August 2, but the window closed on August 1. If the company is genius enough to time the useful life of the product to the exact date of the Amazon return window, it should certainly be able to come up with a better product. I liked it while it lasted. I WON'T be buying one every month. Giant fail. I do not recommend.

Ordered to help with pain in my hand and wrist after typing and writing all day.. seems to help a little. The massage part is more like gentle firm foam and not hard plastic. Can just gently hold in palm of my hand while reading or resting after long day. Very light weight.

I have tightness on my neck. This has been so helpful when my neck is hard too move.. I have even used it on the back of my legs when swollen to help move the circulation..

The vibration is more in the handle than in the part you put on your body. Kind of annoying to use, so I hardly use it now.
