"Little Busters!" Is the Happiest, Most Uplifting Anime I've Seen
I waited many years for a special anime series like “Little Busters!” to come along. I took to it so easily because its world is amazingly idyllic and its characters so charming, cheerful and supportive. It was all … too good to be believable in the real world. Naturally, I wanted to believe such a place could exist. That characters like Riki, Komari and Kud existed in real life. That a circle of friends could be so supportive during your times of greatest need. And then there’s the supernatural aspect to “Little Busters!” I wasn’t expecting it. I thought this anime, like so many others, would be about a bunch of teens awkwardly tripping their way through high school relationships. Then things started happening that couldn’t be explained in a normal setting. But I just went along with it; I figured, since the characters are so grounded in reality, there must be logical reasons for the things that were happening. Eventually … there are.“Little Busters!” made me smile. It made me laugh. I connected with the characters. When one of them was in trouble, I knew I would jump to his or her defense if I could, just like the rest of the group. “Little Busters!” has a lasting effect. Even after multiple viewings, it continued to draw me in.I loved all the music. The opening and ending songs are upbeat, driving rock themes, and the incidental music is catchy. The voice cast is terrific. I particularly loved Shannon Emerick as Riki; the familiar Brittney Karbowski as Rin and Greg Ayres as Masato; Tia Ballard as Komari; and Tiffany Grant as Kud.“Little Busters!” Collection Two contains Episodes 14-26. They finish Mio’s story line first, followed by Haruka’s and finally Kud’s. Also, there are some one-off episodes. The season ends with a baseball game.

Second part of a good show
If you liked the first part, I think it gets better as it goes or at least it stays consistent. More emotional I guess you might say serious stuff happens in this part. I still love Kurugaya the best(for some reason she just makes me happy... just in a very different way that Komari makes me happy) and Masato as my favorite characters. Humor is consistent with the first part which means it will either work for you or you will think it’s stupid but to me and this may not be true for everyone but I haven’t found it repetitive to the point of annoyance because even though certain things may be used more than once it is still used appropriately so it’s still pretty funny. I still find Kud my least favorite despite her string of episodes taking the spotlight. I still think Riki is dull but his dullness is what balances out all the eccentricity of the other characters. I mentioned Kurugaya is my favorite and Masato as well because he just resonates with me and even though he’s made to feel like an idiot I get the feel that he just has a goof off personality because you see glimpses where he gets serious and takes care of people. Komari oozes sweetness and if hearing her say “alright” to create positive energy doesn’t put a smile on your face there is something wrong with you. Fun show to sit back and enjoy.

Incomplete series
The first season was pretty boring but things begin to pick up here. It still has quite a few boring episodes but it kept me interested. Only to find out at the end that there is another part to the series that they never dubbed after I watched the credits. So I ordered it from eBay and was not disappointed even though I had to watch it in Japanese...which is fine. It's called Little Busters: Refrain

i love it but
unlike season one where everyone is just fun and inspiriting this season comes with a surprising twist. but in the end it goes the way all anime should go and makes you feel so good inside.

Hilariously tragic
The joyful and sweet essence of the first collection turns darker as family secrets and tragedies enter the lives of the Little Busters. However, that doesn't stop them from having fun. The show, like everything from Key, is a rollercoaster ride of emotion.
