Wireless Controller 2.4G Compatible with Sony Playstation 2 PS2 (Green)

I ordered two of these controllers. One orange and one green...ish. Let me start by saying I didn't expect much from third party manufacturing but I expected a bit more. Madcats makes better product in comparison. They do feel well made and look it. I really love the look of these controllers. I wish they had worked. The orange controller would not connect. As I switched out the batts to try a fresh pair, the batts inside the controller were burning hot. So I tried two new batts thinking I had a bad pair. Still, no luck. The controller wold not connect. Then it started to connect for a moment and disconnect again. I let this go on for about 5-10 minutes hoping it was a calibration issue. As I took out my batteries I noticed something odd under the batt flap. The power cable coming from the power switch was laying across the pcb (green circuit board) and rubbing on a sharp piece of soldering. It also made for a tight fit when closing. I didn't notice this till I inspected the green controller for comparison. No wires over the pcb on the green controller. Shoddy, inconsistent, craftsmanship. So I tried the green controller. It worked fine for about 2 hours. Then started to act like I was getting dead batts or losing connection somehow. I was playing GOW2 and poor Kratos would walk when I needed him to run and die on a puzzle. All other buttons seemed to work fine but for what ever reason the left analog was clearly acting screwy. heh. SO, more batt changes. It just got worse and worse. I have returned these items and will be using the credit to buy the Logitech PS2 wireless controller. I have had the first-gen Xbox version for over a decade now and it has outlasted 2 Xbox without a flaw.

I really liked this controller until the left analog stick stopped functioning correctly. It wants to get stuck in the backwards direction making walking your character forward and controlling movement very difficult. All the other buttons work really well and the connection is great. I just wish the stick worked well. The batteries don’t seem to drain too quickly. I wouldn’t recommend unless they fix this issue.

The controller connects with no issue. The buttons are a bit hard, like using a mechanical keyboard vs a membrane keyboard but that's not really a big deal for me. Like some other users here, the real issue started when the left analog stick started acting wonky. My characters stumble or slow down when I changed direction and sometimes they would walk instead of running while trying to run in a single direction. I really wanted this controller to work out since I liked the freedom and lightness of it.

Absolute garbage product.I had it for 2 days and it stopped working suddenly. 2....days....I even replaced the 2 day old batteries thinking perhaps they were just bad. Nope. This product is a joke. If the seller was decent they'd refund me.

Nothing thrills me more than receiving an item that doesn't work! Plugged in the interface, turned on the controller and nothing. Can only assume the battery in the controller died years ago. Need to get a jeweler Philips screwdriver to open it up to get to the battery! Wouldn't recommend this hassle on anyone.

Super cheap made.

Works really good so far on my ps2 ...built pretty good but I wouldn't go throwing them if the computer beats you in NBA street 2 ....really changes the experience being able to play ps2 wireless ...I purchased 2 of them and my friends are having a blast playing NHL hitz and NBA street 2

This controller worked great for me, I didn't have the issues previously mentioned. It'll disconnect if you don't use it for a while, but I like that so I don't burn through batteries. Unfortunately, I had to buy a new one because my Dalmatian puppy ate the receiver for this one. No hesitation reordering this same product.
