Does the job for a first time mom
My son is 15 months old and we’ve been using this high chair since he was 6 months. I’m a first time mom and this is the only high chair I have experience with but I must say it does the job. I read through the reviews on here and have some points to make:- I don’t find the tray easy to kick off by my son at all and he’s pretty strong- The leather is super easy to wipe down, so are the straps. There are definitely some gaps where food can fall in but if you’re aware that they’re there and stay on top of it, it doesn’t become a problem. I also don’t find it difficult to take apart completely if needed- I think the high chair is lightweight and easy to move around. I never fold mine up I just push it under our dining room table so I can’t speak on that- I will say though that the foot rest is too low to the floor, my son is in the 90th percentile for height and is JUST now able to actually reach it- I like how there are multiple recline positions and how the height can be adjusted. Actually adjusting it is a bit rusty but I just do it before I put my son in because otherwise his body weight makes it nearly impossible to lift to a higher position- I see how many others are commenting that there’s no way to pull the high chair around the house , which I didn’t know was a thing with other high chairs until now. But I just push him using the 2 handles on the back and scream wee and we both enjoy that so again, not a big deal.- It’s also a very pretty looking item as well, the white plastic is durable and doesn’t stain even with spaghetti sauce.I didn’t do much research on this item and I think I got my money’s worth. Again, I don’t have much experience but as a novice I think it’s a pretty good high chair and checks out for me.

Worth the investment, don't get swayed by bells and whistles of others.
I don't write reviews however I spent so long reading reviews and stressing over what high chair to get that I knew I had to write this. One of the best decisions ever. One side note before I get started....you really don't need all the bells and whistles of a lot of baby items out there. A simple well designed product is most of the time a better choice. I purchased a oxo sprout which is perfect for my older child but for my 6 month old it was kind of stiff. He is at this point an assisted sitter so the slight padding on the joovy is perfect for the extra support. Very easy to clean. Best part is the reclining aspect as when he is done eating and I am cleaning up I can slightly recline him to relax and be able to see me while I have time to tidy up. Also love the ability to adjust height so easily even with baby in it. It slides up and down and locks in place at several levels so I can have him up high when I am around the kitchen preparing or cleaning then table height when eating and then lower if I wheel him into another room. Only flaw if any is the tray doesn't have a place to hang on the back when not in use so you have to store it elsewhere but not that big a deal. Overall great investment.

Stylish&Versatile Highchair
This highchair is very easy to set up. It comes in the box with only 3 pieces. The chair, tray and the foot piece. All you have to do is attach the foot piece, put the tray on and voila! The beautiful leatherette seat is easy to clean as well as soft&comfy. It has a 5pt harness and the seat reclines to 5 different positions. This is great for babies that don't sit upright yet to bottle feed. The height can go low to the ground to sit next to the couch, table height or standing in the kitchen. It has soft wheels that make it move easily and the bottom folds up for storing. The tray has a single handed lever underneath and when it goes too far out you'll see red dots to let you know. There's a plastic removable tray for easy cleaning. Below is the foot rest which has 2 positions that's easy to change. On the back of the seat is a small pocket I put in silverware, bib or whatever you'd like. All of these features make this a great stylish highchair! I highly recommend it.

Good and bad, Joovy rushed to release this model.
I am a big fan of Joovy, and I think this is a decent high chair, but it's not perfect. As a mom of three who has been through a handful of high chairs, this one isn't my favorite, but it does the trick.PROS:-stylish looking in modern decor. I purchased the teal, and it's a dark, vibrant color. I like it.-The wheels are rubber, which if not defective (our first one was) move with ease from a forward direction. They don't scratch the floor.-it looks easy to clean, but I will update when my youngest eats food in it. Right now it's just a training device while he watches us eat dinner.-height adjustable-easy to recline and change height (but perhaps too easy, see below).-tray is dishwasher safe (a must)-it folds down to save space-it comes assembledCONS:-You may receive defective wheels. Our first delivery was defective-- the wheels were turning at different speeds and were jerky. The second delivery had no issues.-the tray sits a bit low, and my chunky monkey gets his legs a little stuck if I'm not super careful when attaching the tray. There's not a good amount of clearance between the legs and the bottom of the tray.-there is no where to stow away the tray if you want to push baby up to the table, so the tray has to go below or over the table, which is bulky and annoying, or you will need to do a one handed pass off of the tray to a nearby counter or chair.-while there are great rubber wheels on the front, there are rubber stoppers on the back. Perplexing.. So basically it wheels smoothly if it's folded up (because in the folded position it has a set of rear wheels), and you can pull it toward you without too much effort while baby is in it, but it cannot back up at all. It can only moving forward with baby in it... I find myself running circles with it so I don't have to lift the whole thing up to go backwards.-There's no handle in the front to pull it, so you're pulling on the tray which is not very sturdy and feels like it will eventually break. The handles are on the side towards the back, which is only helpful in pulling up the seat to change height (not moving the high chair around in your kitchen) ... Which brings me to my final point.-it's too easy to change the height in the upward direction because the handles are loose feeling and zip right up and then immediately lock into place. Oops, you quickly went too far, and now you need to lower back down, but in order to do that you have to reach both arms around to the manual buttons on each side while also holding the handles with both hands, and you need strong hands and long arms to make that effortless. In Summary, this is a cute, stylish, possibly easy to clean high chair that doesn't scratch the floor, but a few of the reasons I use a high chair are negated by the apparent short comings. I think they rushed to develop this chair without testing for obvious annoyances. They should ask moms to test the product before rushing to market.
