Amazon Essentials Men's Slim-Fit Cotton Pique Polo Shirt

I’m honestly shocked at the quality of this ~$15 shirt. It’s thick enough so that it’s of quality, but just thin enough so that it’s not too hot. Also love that it’s 100% cotton so you aren’t rubbing your skin with all the synthetic BS that’s out there. Usually these cotton polo shirts are not flattering, but this one is nice and slim and fits well on the arms

Cotton quality is good. Medium Fits really nicely on my frame 5’7.5, 157 lbs. Pretty close to slim fit as described.

The shirt fit great for the first two or three washes. It looks pretty decent too but the polo progressively got tighter and shrunk as the wash cycles happened. The material and comfort reflect the price point of the shirt. I paid about $15 for it and that isn't bad at all for a decent polo shirt. However, for me, since the shirt shrinks after a wash, it was basically $5/wear. That's not particularly worth it, so my advice would be to size up. I would've preferred it to have a little bit more stretch and be made of a slightly more athletic material, but as mentioned, for the price, it's not bad. The good thing is I can just hand-me down to my brother in law who is a slightly smaller than me so it should fit him good. Would buy again if I needed a disposable polo at a cheap price.

I bought a large. I am right between a medium and large depending on the manufacturer. after a wash, since it's cotton, it shrunk just the right amount.

The sizing doesn't make much sense. I'm ~6' 200lbs with a 44" chest. The large slim fit is sized like an athletic fit, running short. I get about 2 inches of fabric running down past my waist line, so it looks good and fitted for casual situations. The problem is this is not enough for functional use, so if you're in the trades, in an office, or a parent, you're going to give everyone a view of your belly whenever stretching your arms or reaching.Given the sizing, this will be problematic for people who are actually looking for a slim fit as it'll be a bit loose. Ditto with moderately built folks who need a bit more play with the length of their shirts.Besides that, it's been ok being thrown in the wash. It doesn't wrinkle much, but the collar has issues holding its shape and requires ironing once in a while.For value, I paid about $14 for this polo during a deal sale, so can't really complain since it's about the same price for the cheap polos at chain stores.

Okay so I’m 5’7”, around 157 lbs and when I got this shirt, the Medium was way too big (that’s my normal size) and Small actually fit me pretty good so I was afraid to wash it. Sleeves covered 3/4 of my upper arm and the armpits were a bit low, length was perfect and didn’t cover my goods.After washing it though, sleeves came mid upper arm, armpits were nice and high but the length was a little higher than I usually like it but nothing a bit of stretching can’t fix for this bad boy. I was also worried about the collar getting all scrunched up after drying like a lot of polos get but this one stayed nice and flat.It’s not wrinkle-free so you have to hang it up right when you get it out of the dryer.If you’re an athletic fitness kinda guy like me and you like your shirts to be almost form-fitting, get a size down. If you’re not or you just like your shirts to be breathable and not painted on, get your regular size.Thinking about actually getting more of these.

I work in a casual office environment, so polos are part of my daily "uniform." I tend to be a bit picky about my clothes from a fit and feel standpoint, but I'm not obsessive. I bought one of these shirts initially as a test, and while I wouldn't call it a perfect polo, it was good enough for me to purchase three more to replace some aging Gap shirts.Fitwise, the shirts are fine. I'm 6 foot, 175 lbs with an average build, and the Medium is exactly what "fitted" shirts should be like: no loose fabric, but not skin-tight. The shoulders and sleeves fit me well, but if I was more muscular I might not be as comfortable. I would prefer if the shirts were just a tad longer, as I generally wear them untucked and being fitted they do ride up a bit when I bend over, but that's to be expected. Tucked in, the shirts are great.Style-wise there's not much to comment on. The shirts are without fillss, but are pretty indistinguishable from more expensive polos I've bought from places like the Gap. I would prefer a three-button collar, but the two button collar isn't a deal-breaker. I wasn't wowed by the color selection, but they have enough range that I was able to find a few that I can live with. I purchased a black, burgundy, hunter green, and yellow, and all but the yellow seemed to match the colors displayed in the listing. The yellow I received was a bolder yellow compared to the pale yellow pictured, but I wasn't disappointed.As far as the quality is concerned, the shirts seem to be well constructed. The stitching is complete and even. The fabric has a tight weave but is a lighter weight than the Gap shirts I own, although it is not see-through, even on the yellow. The fabric is not particularly soft, but it isn't scratchy, either. It does have a slight stretch to it (about 1-2mm/cm). The collar is well formed, but not overly stiff. At this point it's impossible to say how well it will hold up to repeated washings, although I won't be surprised the fabric softens a bit and fades slightly.Overall, the shirts are acceptable quality and fit. I don't think any of them are going to become my new favorites, but if I can get a few years out of them, then they'll be of exceptional value considering their price. Other brands may offer more style or comfort, but initially my opinion is that there is nothing about this shirt that should keep a buyer away.

Muy buena calidad. Lo único es checar bien la talla porque aunque dice corte slim, viene bastante amplia, asi que se debió comprar talla M en vez de L para que quede mas “Slim fit”. Pero en cuanto a calidad del producto le doy un 100!
