Q: Any tips on how to print? I tried printing straight from manufacturer packaging to a print dryer while printing at 295 nozzle temp. Prints like poo

The filament has to be dry, printing out of the package can still be too wet to print, the filament needs to be between 10 and 20% it needs to be printed out of a dry box. I check all my filament if needed to be dried I put it a dryer. If you are printing in an airconditioned building the humidity will be around 45%. Also, you need to use glue stick and no fan. I have printed a lot of parts with it.

Q: is this the same as black silk pla?

No, nylon is a very different material from pla and will require different print settings.

Q: I have a diamond tip. will i have bad layer adhesion at 250c? i cannot seem to print at anything above this without massive globing and stringing.

You want to print at 260C minimum, 280 would be better. And have heated bed for best results.

Q: Do you need to print at 100% infill to anneal?

No, you don't have to print 100% infill to anneal. However, the infill percentage would affect the print dimensional accuracy after annealing, and here is the data that we tested: 40*40*40mm³ Cube with 20% infill after annealing X axis: -0.58±0.14‰, Y axis:-0.08±0.14, Z axis: -0.33±0.14 40*40*40mm³ Cube with 100% infill after annealing X axis: -0.99±0.25‰, Y axis:-1.41±0.52‰, Z axis: 0.34±0.15‰
