Received our electric fireplace within days of ordering despite the fact it had to travel across the country. Packaged carefully and all parts included. We were replacing a fireplace in our RV and finding one to fit the space and dimensions was a difficult task, but this one fit perfectly. Looks great and works perfectly and gives off a lot of heat. Will definitely keep us cozy. Easy install And it is CSA andUL approved, which was very important to us. It would be find without the trim, but we had the Tri from the old fireplace that it quite well. Lastly, was very reasonably priced and free shipping. Such a super deal! First purchase on Amazon and it proved to be a great experience. Don't hesitate this purchase. You won't be disappointed.

I just got it today it fit my old gel fireplace there is a wire loose but i dont know how to fix it it saya call customer service but there isnt a phone number. The heater heats really good and its cute. Update the wire wasnt loose it had the wrong size light bulb i replaced the bulbs with led ones and its working great

Very happy with this purchase. Bought it to replace canisters we were using in a faux fireplace and was able to fit it within the old insert perfectly. (with a little maneuvering and modifying of the old one) Love the sleek look and the fire has good dimension and depth. Heat is a bonus option but living in Florida we probably won't use it. With it on and the TV on above the fireplace I find myself watching the fire more than the TV! Love it!

Fits great in my current entertainment center (after measuring of course). Simple to operate and honestly preferred over a remote with too many options. Very cozy and realistic display and very warming!
