Not very useful given low volume.
Volume of voice is extremely low. Bought with intentions to use during MilSim Airsoft games (playing a DMR role where stealth is somewhat necessary). My volume was too low for most people to be able to hear me, and those that could said that they could only understand me if there wasn't any noise around them.

Seemed to be built well butt..
This product seemed to be built well. when I tested it I could barely hear through the ear piece even with the volume tuned up to maximum. Tried to get a replacement but the vendor never responded.

The box function is always on. I cannot operate the radio while the throat mic is connected to the Baofeng radio. At least my item doesn't work as it should.
