I love that my kids can use this to apply sunscreen themselves and just have to run it in. Only downside is that it’s only good for below the head/face. Need to get a smaller separate sunscreen stick for the face.

Was advised to purchase this product. It is difficult to rub in. So, expect white outcome. But, it appears to stay on all day.

This sunscreen definitely works well. I know because at the end of the day, it takes some effort to wash the remaining sunscreen off. It works on hot days when I'm sweating. It stays on better than others that I've tried previously.

Bought this sunscreen stick to transition away from a chemical sunscreen for my son. Read reviews (both Amazon and others) that rated this sunscreen highly for both its EWG safety rating and the fact that it didn’t leave a white cast. Although the EWG rating is good (not perfect, but significantly better than the other sunscreen I have been using), this absolutely DOES leave a significant white cast. It glides on smoothly, but is also difficult to spread around, and is pretty greasy in the aftermath as well, which is another strike against it. Maybe if I had 20 minutes to rub it in, the white cast would be less noticeable and it would be less greasy, but on a three year old boy who wants nothing to do with sunscreen or standing still, that’s impossible. I’ll continue to use it for now, but will definitely be looking elsewhere for a better product.

Excellent no-eye-burn face protection.

I bought it because it’s more of a natural sunscreen. All the other ones are loaded with chemicals and things that are bad for your skin. Did my research on this one and this sunscreen is healthier for your skin (so they say). Protects my skin just fine though. No rashes or irritations. Smells … what you would expect from a sunscreen I suppose. Not foul or whatever though. Feels fine on the skin. Not over moisturized or anything.

It works and does not have ingredients that would harm you or the environment

I just got back from 8 straight days of being on a beach in Hawaii. I burn soooo easily I was worried the 50 spf would be too little. But, I don’t want to use the harsh chemical sunscreens any longer. I was looking for a natural sunscreen that was also safe for the coral reefs. I liked that this one had lots of natural oils in it, so it’s good for me and the sea. In the heat it was quite soft and pretty easy to spread. Not only did the salt water not dry out my skin, but I came home with a lovely tan! I don’t know why it’s called a “kids” sunscreen. It should be called “great for the whole family” sunscreen. My husband and I are close to 64 and we love it. I don’t speak fluent sea cucumber, but I’m pretty sure the one I saw while snorkeling said, “Thanks for keeping me safe.” I highly recommend this sunscreen.

I bought this product looking for a reef friendly option that works. It arrived quickly and as pictured. I have sensitive skin and this did not irritate. I used it while visiting Belize and it protected me well. Not one burn. The stick format allowed me to pass through customs with one less liquid to claim which mattered in a carry-on only situation. Aside from it working, being eco friendly, and easily stored, my only complaint is the thickness of the product when applied. It’s a white cast and it’s difficult to rub in. Especially on legs and arms. It sits on top a bit and you can see it on your pores. I don’t mind so much as a pale person, but anyone with more melanin is likely going to find this annoying and unattractive. I looked like a ghost. But I didn’t burn! The sunscreen that is going to work best for you is going to be the one you use. This one might be more for the kids.
