Not loud enough
It's great in lots of ways, with straightforward menus and buttons. My 84 year-old mum is using it and slowly learning the odd feature and app. But it's sold as for hard of hearing and it's not as loud as my phone. I also think the volume should be a menu control only, as she accidentally turns it down with the side buttons. Volume is really all she needs!

Finally a well featured "small" (5inch screen) phone
I've only had the phone for a couple days but I like what I got. It looks well made. Marketed for "Seniors", I am one but bought the phone for different reasons.Pro (why I bought it) -Small, 5inch screen, fits in one hand, pocket, very clearRemovable battery, you can buy a second if you think you might need for travel or when the first gets oldSupports VoLTE, needed for the States soon (2023), all carriers will be using this techSupports NFC, allows you to pay with your phone like a contactless cardFast enough for all but gaming32GB memory, enough for over 100 apps (I have a bunch)3GB RAM, enough to keep delays from swapping apps to a minimumSupports MicroSD, I have a 64GB card installed for maps and A/V contentCons -No fingerprint reader, I have to use PINs and such, a pain for the financial apps which use FP for securityNo wireless charging, it comes with a charging cradle but this uses two contact pins to charge the phoneSingle SIM, I've gotten used to using a two SIM phone to improve coverage (two different networks, with the high coverage but expensive network on PAYG, and both networks configured (see setting in your phone app) to try the other number if the called number is unreachable.Senior features -Real buttons for making and breaking phone callsSenior orientated skin over Android for font sizes, keyboard and menus (simpified), you can always reach the Android supplied menus if necessaryEmergency button on the back (optionally covered by one of the supplied back covers) to initiate a set of emergency procedures if pressed (4 seconds I think), up to five numbers, SMS, voice, retries if no answer, audible alarm, ...Untried features -VoWiFi, maybe supported but my SIM appears to not be provisionedI'll update this review after a few months usage.

Not Supereasy!
This is a nice phone however, its absolutely not supereasy. When I purchased this, I was hoping for a simple phone without all the other stuff such as internet, wifi and the numerous android settings. Thus is basically and android phone with your home icons rearranged into lists. So therefore unsuitable for my father with advanced dementia. When will someone just make a phone.....with nothing else.

Great for the elderly who still like to text
Bought for my elderly mother who was finding swipe functions a little difficult on standard smart phone. This phone combines easier touch functions with clear larger alpha and numeric keys, whilst still being able to send text without using numeric keys as with most seniors phones. Also unlocked so no tie in contracts. Great emergency SOS function with GPS.
