It's great in lots of ways, with straightforward menus and buttons. My 84 year-old mum is using it and slowly learning the odd feature and app. But it's sold as for hard of hearing and it's not as loud as my phone. I also think the volume should be a menu control only, as she accidentally turns it down with the side buttons. Volume is really all she needs!

I've only had the phone for a couple days but I like what I got. It looks well made. This is a nice phone however, its absolutely not supereasy. When I purchased this, I was hoping for a simple phone without all the other stuff such as internet, wifi and the numerous android settings. Thus is basically and android phone with your home icons rearranged into lists. So therefore unsuitable for my father with advanced dementia. When will someone just make a phone.....with nothing else.

He found it too complicated to find his way around it.

Bought for my elderly mother who was finding swipe functions a little difficult on standard smart phone. This phone combines easier touch functions with clear larger alpha and numeric keys, whilst still being able to send text without using numeric keys as with most seniors phones. Also unlocked so no tie in contracts. Great emergency SOS function with GPS.
