No, the pants do not stretch, except for the waistband. However, the legs are very wide, so pretty comfortable.

Q: Is there a sizing chart?

It's hard to find, but look below where you select the size. Very small type under the line that starts "Based on purchases by customers who wear your size..." (that line is is rarely accurate, just FYI).

Q: Do these shrink in the wash? Some say they do, & others say they don't.

I have no idea why people are saying these don't shrink, because holy cow, do they ever! I've had mine a few weeks now and only wash in cold water, and the top has shrunk one full size and the pants two sizes. This works out fine if you order your regular size, because they start out HUGE. Really, the sizing when new was comical. I could have fit another person in them with me. Now they are comfy and just right.
