I’m excited to get these purse-bases and anxious to get working on a crocheted bag as a ‘23 Christmas gift. The holes are evenly spaced around the edges and there are even gold ‘feet’ [nubs] on the bottom to keep the final product from sitting directly on the ground or whatever surface it’s sitting on. The description of the product and photos on the main display product page match 100%. These are thick, good quality "vegan leather" AKA vinyl. Yeah totally synthetic lol. It comes with holes already perforate and has like little 4 metal legs so you can actually know what part is inside and which should face the outside when you start making your crochet projects. I wish it was real leather since it is more environmentally friendly. Leather takes 10-50 years to biodegrade while vinyl can take hundreds of years. So, I still get this with a self-aware conscious. We all crocheters love what we create and we do it with love, so hopefully those bags will last a good long run. And when wear off make sure to discard them properly. The good thing about vinyl is more affordable. You can always re-gift, or donate as well because those are other ways to recycle. Almost forgot, these are a good size for a tote-like purse bottom. Good value pack money-wise.I hope you guys have fun with your projects as well as a lovely shopping experience.
