Instructions were followed, shoes where cleaned, but does not adhere to the surface of the shoe at all. Heat gun was used to contour to the shape of the shoe but does not help at all.Watse of money, do not buy! If I could give it negative stars I would.This was freshly put on, didn't even last 3hours.
