I got this sweat suit to help shed some excess water weight, and wow—it does the job! I wore it for just 30 minutes while skipping, and by the end, I was completely drenched. It’s surprisingly comfortable to move in, and the quality is solid.I’ve been tossing it in the washing machine after every use, and it’s held up really well—no tearing or falling apart. Honestly, if you’re looking for something to help you sweat more during workouts, this is a great choice. Definitely worth it!

A useful bit of kit and does what it says, I've been using this for a while now on and off and the only down side I'll say would be (a) having to hand wash them after every usage as the sweat does permiate the inside and edges it would be good for RDX to have a machine washable version I would buy this one and (b) A scummy white paste seems to have developed on the outer part which doesn't seem appealing to wear if it were to get any larger but after rewashing seems to fade a bit. The upside is it helps with my training as I have noticed changes in improvement in fitness which is a positive.

If you normally take a large -for example- but enjoy a looser fit, I would recommend getting the extra large. I have worn it 10 times washed as per instructions and once (accidentally) in the washer on the gentle cycle. So far so good. My experience with Sauna Suits in the past was that over time the seams start to separate and the stitching becomes undone. Not the case here. It is still early days but I am impressed with the material and how it functions. I always wear it with a thin base layer of merino wool as I like the feel of natural fabrics against my skin.

Ok, but does not promote sweat like other sauna suits I have had in the past.Also smells very very fishy???????? Must be the materials and treatment, but boy oh boy does it pong
