This omega supplement contains tuna oil from Iceland. For younger children 1-3, they will get 200mg DHA and 48mg EPA. This is sufficient for brain development at this age. For older kids or teens, this amount is a little low. If your kids can swallow pills, they can take a higher amount of these nutrients. Little kids will love the cute fish shape, the chewy texture, and the fruity flavor. It’s subtle and not too sweet, but also does not have a strong, fish flavor. These are great for my special needs kids who cannot swallow supplements. I recommend them for that purpose or for very young kids.

The teen has been struggling with ADD for most of their life. They have trouble remembering chores and assignments (things they don't necessarily want to do) and often have trouble controlling their impulses. Omega 3 fish oils have been said to help improve focus and concentration in kids with ADD. We decided to try a fish oil supplement to see if it would help them. It's early days so there hasn't been much of a change in behaviors. I guess the first thing will be to see if they remember to take the supplement without daily prompting.The capsules are fish shaped and I wouldn't exactly call them chewable. When you chew the capsule pops open releasing a splash. So you taste lemony flavored fish oil (and the fish oil taste is definitely there) and have two rubbery gelatin capsules remaining, which we spit out (and yes, I tried them too). We looked at each other and said "Eww!"If these work I think we might try a different brand next time. These are on the expensive side at $30 for a 30 day supply. I've seen similar products with the same amount of active ingredients with twice the amount for the same price. The teen suggested that they'd be willing to go with a more adult "non-chewable" version since they aren't like gummies and the fish oil taste is not a winner.

These look like softgels for swallowing. Not even fish-shaped like others describe. On top of that it's non-returnable. My kid won't have them. Not chewable at all.

Ez-Focus Plus 1300mg Great Fruity Tasting CHEWABLEI can't speak to the effectiveness of the product but I am not a fan of the taste or design of this "Chewable". If you bite this product it will surprise you. First do not expect any type of fruit chew or gummy, the fluid inside it pure liquid and while it does not have a bad taste it is not great either. The capsule is like chewing rubber and my primary reaction was to spit it out as the texture does not resemble something that I consider edible. So if the product is effective it may be a swallow only item for most people but I think kids will reject this if they accidently bite it.

Both my kids tend to lose focus fairly easy. I gave them both this before school and they both had perfects days. I say that this is a hit!

This arrives as just a small bottle. The label squeaks as you touch it. Goosebumps.There is quite a lot of information stamped and formed into the bottom of this bottle. It is a type 2 HDPE white bottle - not sure what Alpha, 120cc, and two numbers ... plus the badly smeared date and Lot# stamped in red. Just what i was looking for!

I got this in hopes of helping my daughter who’s no longer on a prescription for ADHD. In her words she said she doesn’t notice anything and she says it has a “weird lemon taste”. I think this formula is more for younger brains that are developing. My teen would need more DHA but this isn’t going to instantly help her. It may help some over time. I was hoping she’d notice something now. I do believe that this is a supplement that should be taken but she’d need a higher amount. I would recommend this to younger children taken regularly for brain development.
