Men's Marine Star Series C Stainless Steel 6-Hand Chronograph Quartz Watch, Black Dial Style: 96B272

I have owned a few different brands of watches. I am hard on them. The Bulova has been a very stylish very sturdy watch. This one is impressive. It looks even better in person. All functions work flawlessly. It is a heavy feel watch which I like. It is comfortable. I have large wrists but still needed to remove a link and half. This watch can be worn in a casual or formal setting. I have received many compliments. I would recommend this watch to all. You will not be disappointed.

Bulova still does well, and competes with Seixx in the watch market. Yes I'm that "old school" guy that still enjoys wearing, and using a quality timepiece that doesn't break the bank.This watch is a "Mariner" / Chrono style watch that is Stainless, wears well (weighty), easy to read, and use. Not a cheap timepiece, but I think the price point and value is fair.As of this writing ... would I purchase this timepiece again ? Absolutely ... and would recommend to others. If You want a cheapy go purchase a Fossxx, or one if several others.. Time will tell (pardon the pun) if it will stand-up like others in My collection. I want to wear My watches, not let them set in a box and look at them or say I have this.Purchase and enjoy !

This is a gorgeous watch. High quality. Looks nice, easy to adjust to fit. It is accurate and made a great addition, as a gift for my husband. He loves this watch!

The watch itself is really nice, the band seems cheaper than the case. My chronometer second hand is a little askew of the zero which was a bummer. The watch resembles a high quality Omega Speedmaster and succeeds in appearing very nicely polished and fashionable. The band isn’t as bad as other reviews mentioned, just doesn’t seem to “match” the case in terms of shinyness. Overall I am happy with it, just really wish my chronometer second hand wasn’t slightly askew of the zero marker.

This watch looks very expensive and is very wearable. The only thing I was told was it could be kind of heavy if you’re not used to wearing bolder watches like this!

I just this week received my new Bulova Marine Star 45mm Stainless Steel Chronograph, (Model 96B272) from Amazon and could not be more pleased. The black dial contrasts very nicely with the silver and white chronograph accents, making for a very clean and crisp visual presentation. This watch is rather large, feels heavy in the hand, has a manly look, and appears as a much more expensive timepiece on my wrist.I have always preferred a mechanical watch, however, the Bulova’s advanced quartz movement caught my attention for its accuracy, and the very clean look of the black dial made it an easy purchase decision.If you are looking for an every day watch, I highly recommend the Bulova Marine Star Stainless Steel Black Dial Chronograph!

The Marine Star reports to have a 200m water resistance so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to take it off for that unplanned skinny dip with the neighbour’s wife or doing the dishes or showering. The bracelet is well-built without a lot of polish to show scratches. It wears a bit big (as you can see on my bare 6.5” wrist. But with a suit it’ll be great. It has style but very functional. Not too pricey so you can catch the door frame and not cry afterwards. And with a quartz, of course, you never have to set the time when you pull it out of the watch box! Bulova is a reputable name and this is a good watch for the price from them.
