I don’t know if it does much more than regular hand cream. But I keep using it just in case will start to help?

The Hygieia + 4% Niacinamide Face Cream is an effective skin care product for those dealing with rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and/or acne. I've always been a big fan of incorporating niacinamide in my skincare for its brightening properties and the cream does just that. Results are not drastic like most skincare products but I can notice an improvement in redness and hyperpigmentation.

This is both moisturizing and cleansing. I highly recommend!

Refreshing and smooth moisturizer,also lightweight and doesn't feel oily.

Because it's summer, I use a little less of this product on my face, neck and chest and it still goes a long way. It is lightweight and dries quickly. My face feels hydrated but not oily, which is a plus in the summer. My also face feels soft. It claims to fix discoloration and redness, and I'm not sure how long you have to use it to see results. I can attest to the fact that my sensitive facial skin has not broken out with a month's use of this cream. I like it, and I'm curious to see how it performs in the Winter where the dry indoor air usually makes my skin flaky if I'm not being super conscientious about skin care.

I have acne-prone skin that's been sensitized from prescription tretinoin. I also have a bit of hyperpigmentation, so I'm always game to try something that can help address these issues.I've actually heard of the brand before, and wanted to see if a niacinimide cream would work better than the azelaic acid that's been my go-to.Right off the bat, I'm taking off a star for the jar packaging. Repeated exposure to light and air can degrade the ingredients and cause them to lose potency. Repeatedly dipping one's fingers into the jar is unsanitary and introduces bacteria. If a product looks like it may be formulated well, I will often still give it a try. If I like it, I'll just transfer it to a pump bottle. BUT- for the high price, this should be packaged in a better manner.Sometimes I worry creams will be too heavy (I live in a humid tropical climate), but this wasn't. It was thinner than expected, and went on easily without feeling heavy or greasy. I didn't notice a smell (but I'm stuffy from allergies right now), and it absorbed quickly. It did feel very slightly sticky, but I just layered my night oil over it, problem solved. For day, sunscreen can be layered over.I woke up to soothed hydrated skin. I'll continue using, and update if I have any issues.

This is the first skincare product that I have been trying from Hygieia. This moisturizer is refreshing and has a smooth texture. It does not form a heavy and thick layer on my skin and the adsorption is relatively fast. The main ingredient is Niacinamide which is known for skin repair and discoloration prevention. I have sensitive skin and my skin gets irritated with some moisturizers (even those designed for sensitive skin). I did not notice a noticeable irritation with the current cream, although I also did not see a major improvement in my skin's redness. The hydration effects remain for a good period of time. I am not sure yet how the cream performs in colder weather, but it performed well during the summer on my skin.All in all, this can be a lightweight and consistent moisturizer with protective ingredients for a range of sensitive skins.

Has improve the way my skin looks and feels, has improved from using it for almost a month. Really nice on my skin and causes no issues.
