Q: Does it come in full size?

The one we have is a Full Size. We love it.

Q: Does the cot require any assembly?

It only needs to be expanded by pulling the legs apart and the air mattress needs to be inserted into the sleeve and pumped up.

Q: How does the frame handle when tenting on uneven ground?

We don't actually use it for camping. We use it as an airbed at home when we have extra visitors. If I had to guess, I would say it would work well on slightly uneven ground, it is very sturdy.

Q: So lets say the air mattress leaks. Am i able to go to walmart and get a cheap queens size air mattress to replace the old one that came with it?

Yes! Double check decisions though. My air mattress was better quality and I use it instead of the one that came with it. I kept the original as a backup. I camp for extended periods of time and use it daily, for 30+ days.
