This was a hard rating to come up with.Summary:For me, the COULAX CX25 earbuds have hardly any bass with the included ear tips. If they would just include bigger tips and make the holes in the case bigger to hold them, they’d have an almost perfect set of earbuds. So if you usually use the biggest ear tips with earbuds, this might not be for you. If you normally use the smaller tips, there's a chance these might be great for you.Long version:Wow. These were so close to being a perfect product except for the (easily and cheaply correctable) sound quality. I’ve tried 6 different pairs of truly wireless Bluetooth earbuds. These would have been my favorites, but there is hardly any bass due to the included ear tips not being big enough to seal my ear canal properly. This leaves them with a regrettably tiny sound. I tried bigger tips I had lying around and WOW! These earbuds sounded incredible with deep resounding bass! I’m not talking about loud thumping bass from rap music, I’m just talking about the normal bass music has that sounds warm and full. I was really excited, but then I went to put the earbuds with the bigger tips into the case and I ran into a problem. They actually fit in the case, but the holes are too small and the ear tips got turned inside out every time I took them out of the case. That makes it impossible for me to fix the sound problem by just adding bigger tips. And that’s really sad since every other aspect of these earbuds was really, really good. They’re the most comfortable out of the bunch, they have the best connectivity, they have the strongest magnets in the case, and they connect automatically on both sides every time I take them out of the case… But the sound is the most important thing…I ended up deciding on a competitor's product. They’re not quite as comfortable as these, they don’t have as good of connectivity and they don’t turn on and connect automatically when I take them out of the case, but they sound as good as these with the bigger ear tips on them since they come with big ear tips out of the box. Their case also has bigger holes so I can charge them with the bigger tips on. They also have a charge time of 15 min per hour of playback which is better than the 1 hour of charge time per 1 hour of playback these have.I hope the COULAX makers take my advice to heart and make these changes. If they do and also come up with a way to get more playback time per charge time, they'd have the best pair of truly wireless earbuds on the market.I gave them two stars originally because of the other great features besides the sound and because it's possible people with different shaped or smaller ears might have a better outcome with the sound than I did. I went back and added another star because of their great customer service and communication.UPDATE 9/13/2017:I ended up having to raise my rating again to 4 stars. I found a cheap set of ear tips that works great with these earbuds if you cut off about 3mm from the butt with a pair of scissors. I'd still like it if they would include larger silicone ear tips and also made the holes bigger in the case. Buying and altering memory foam earbud tips makes these earbuds stick out a little more than silicone tips would. And that can make my ear hurt a little if I wear it for over an hour since there is a little more pressure. Not a deal breaker, though.Here are the memory foam tips I found that work nicely. 5 pairs are $10. You do have to cut off about 3mm, though, or they're too "deep" and the earbuds stick way out of your ears. Call them, beginner earbuds if you really dont know if its your thing. im addicted to ear buds now and hate everything with a cable. No problems with keeping them my ears and the loudness and base is decent. There is no App, no HR monitor and no workout programs. What you do get is enough time to get through your gym session or if you are on the train and dont want to hear people snorting all over the place because they have a zombie virus.

I have no use for my airpods and beats x since I bought these! For those of you who think only the big known companies make good products, think again. I fell for that too. After scavenging for true wireless device here in Amazon, the Coulax caught my attention because of the size. I immediately went to youtube to check out reviews, but unfortunately, there was only one review for the Coulax. The reviewer said the fit and sound quality are good enough for the price, but in my opinion these are terrific true wireless ear buds. The fit is perfect for me and the sound is very decent as compared to my other expensive ones. The biggest pro to me is that it pairs easily with my apple watch giving me the freedom to go to the gym without my iphone. A lot of people have complained that some of these wireless ear buds do not pair with wearables. Another big pro is the price. I will repeat this again; I have no use for my airports which keeps falling off my ears. I even prefer these to my beats x because it is true wireless. The bass is not overpowering, and I prefer that. I don't usually do reviews, but I feel like this comapny deserves praise for producing these ear buds for a decent price. I thought I was going to returns them like others, but it is my favorite for now. Good job Coulax

These are awesome buds and I spent a bit of time looking at a bunch of different ones before choosing these. The sound is great and has a nice bass, better if you make sure you use the correct size rubber plugs to ensure a good 100% seal so the sound wave integrity is maintained - otherwise you will loose some of that bottom end. My initial pair had an issue with the right side breaking up occasionally so I contacted customer support - their response was immediate and they completely addressed my issue. The replacement units worked perfectly and had no interruptions. Big thanks to their customer support for standing behind their product !!So if enjoying listening to your music is the primary purpose for you then I highly recommend these. There is one thing which applies to most in-ear wireless ear buds and that is conversation on phone calls is not always the best and I've had a few of my friends say they weren't hearing me clearly....again I would not fault these little guys because its a lot to pack into a small package and frankly for me the audio is what's most important....but but do keep that in mind if your planning on doing a lot of talking...otherwise if you're mostly listening then you're good to go !
