Battery came in quick, works as it should and as a bonus, it looks good too, all for a fair price. I've ordered a couple of products from yose power and i haven't been let down!

This battery failed after being professionally installed and with less than 30 recharge cycles on it began to cut off at 50% charge. After contacting the manufacturer, I received a reply from Julie, who initially asked questions like 'What does the voltage read?" They took no responsibility for their inferior product and only advised me to buy a new one. The only question is, "Why on earth would I buy another Yose battery when they make such a poor product and then don't support their customers?" Avoid this brand at all costs.

When I purchased this battery, I also purchased a Bafang conversion kit for my mountain bike. First the charger failed so Yose power sent me a new charger. Now the battery that is less than a year old has failed. The charger says that it is fully charged, but is charged up to 20%. I have a similar battery plus a spare battery for my Catrike Trail electric assist. I liked the Trike and motor so well, that I decided to puchase the BAFANG kit along with the Yose battery. The idea was to have interchangeable battery for my trike and mountain bike. I labeled the battries numbers 1,2 &3. number 3 being the last one I puchased. It is the one that has failed with less than a years serviceNOTE; After I sent this review, I opened up the battery case and found a blown 10 amp fuse. I replaced the fuse and found the battery was back in good working order. I am sorry for any problems.

Fantastic price. Needed it to fix a bike that someone tried to install an aftermarket EV conversion to a regular bike. The batteries they were trying to use were not the correct type. This matced our particular application. The bike works great powered by this battery. That baby really moves!

I got the 52V 13ah battery. I took my E-bike out for a ride i had no problems with it at all . Thank you

This battery holds its charge very well and it was easy to mount on a surrey bike. The connections were easy to use and the safety key is a great feature.

I have 4000 miles on mine so far and still holds exact same charge and power.Much better than the original one that came with the Ancheer Bike! Very happy.NOTE: I charge my bike everyday after riding the 22 mile Guadalupe Trail to Vasona Lake & back.That was from Nov 2022 till Sept 2023. That is close to 300 charge cycles and now it can only get to the lake and then I have to pedal an 80 pound E-Bike back home. YIKES! I thought it should have gotten at least 500 cycles huh?NOTE: I bought the 48V 17Ah Yose Battery for more power and it came with a connector I have never seen before. I sent Yose an E-mail to try and figure out how to make this work. The 48V 13Ah had push pins that worked great.
