I guess these work for toothbrushes but we use them for pens!
We love these for traveling with a few pens. Also, use a command strip and stick them where you need a pen - a great pen cup to stick to the wall next to calendars, etc... I also have one that I stick the ear piece of my glasses in - it is mounted to the side of the headboard - perfect to keep my glasses handy and out of the bed!

These toothbrush holders are thin but get the job done. I bought them for out Quip toothbrushes; they are not big enough
